Too many glitches. I've not been able to use the app for nearly a week now, it juat doesn't open it just stays stuck on the logo, and yes it is up to date. I am having to log in online each time I want to book a class. When it was working it kept going in between knowing where I was based more often than not it kept showing me classes in the USA, I am in the UK and yes my details and settings are correct.

Insufficient exception management. When I try to book a class I get the message "something whent wrong, please try again soon". This information has now be present for a day. I wish that more time was spent on a proper exception message so I as a user would get better feedback about how to resolve the issue. Otherwise I would have rated this app 4 points.

Very worst search function . Very limited. Doesn't let me find Studios that I use because they're further away than a certain local area and your parameters are only set at 50 miles. I go to to other Studios outside of the normal distance but I can't even find them by name on this app. Why do you care if I go outside of a 50-mile area. Developer responds city and that is not easy. Poor design. User unfriendly. Another dumb app design. More options and customization less restrictions!

The app doesn't work properly anymore and it hasn't worked properly for a long time I don't usually take my time to write things online about apps but this is my app I use everywhere I go to find my fitness classes and now it's not working so I am highly upset.

Works intermittently. Can search classes, studios, but doesn't allow me to book even though I have a package, so I need to contact studio directly.

So many glitches, I often get "something went wrong, try again later" when trying to book a class. And then just today, the app seems to have wiped out my favourites section and even when I add things back, it's not there.

I was suddenly unable to locate my gym in the Mindbody App. I had restarted the App, restarted my phone, and even updated the App to the latest version. It still did not work on mg Android phone. I checked with my friends and the owner who use this App on their iPhones, and it was working properly for them and they were able to book classes. Why is it not working on Android!? Using the Mindbody website is even more inefficient - I cannot seem to change my location whatsoever. Please fix this!
