Very disappointed this was....The best app I had tried so far. The Free features where a big plus especially when stress levels were high and there were lots of different free exercises now there are none. A year of access to exercises later and the free exercises have suddenly all been removed so the specific ones that helped my anxiety I can no longer access, so it actually adds to it now and 5.99 a month is a lot. Such a shame. Have had to delete.

This is app is really nice. I went back and forth trying to find an app that's not only easy to use but also has many features and can actually calm you down when you need it. I bet the premium version will have even more options. But I'm not willing to pay. Even just the free version is just what you need. It also works off line which is really convenient.

Great app, I think the design of the app is amazing. I really enjoy the theme. It would be nice if more activities would be available to free users as well. Other than being able to do two activities you can only track ur mood and use the "calm down" feature.

It's really great it helped me to deal with my anxiety because it was so much but now I am free. Please get this if you're having stress depression, anxiety or fear.

It does not say on the app before installing you have to pay to use it and you have to sign in to fb Google or others to make an account Well I already pay my taxes so I will get it from my therapist for free with no extra cost.

Edit: Respond 6mnths later to say you 'care' ignores what I say and talks about how there are no ads. These apps want your $$$ I'm genuinely shocked there are so many positive reviews for this app. There is nothing in the app without signing up to a subscription. If you don't, it's full of constant predatory language obviously designed to trigger anxiety in it's users so that they will pay. The app constantly hammers in that you only get ONE exercise a day if you don't pay for a subscription.

Thank you for this amazing app! I have severy anxiety but I dont see therapist due to stigma, too young and busy. I had an anxiety attack today and this really helped me. I just wished more of the features were free because I am a student and dont really want to spend haha. Please keep up the good effort! It really helped calm me :D I will definitely use this everyday to help me go through this tough 2 years of school. Thank you :")

This is amazing! There's a wide variety of techniques so if one doesn't work there's something very different to try. The level of interactivity during anxiety reduction activities feels not too much or too little. The interface is nice, and I like the section where you can do learning activities when you're feeling better. I have tried a lot of anxiety and mental health apps; I recommend anyone starting out to give this one a try due to the breadth of activities. Thank you to the developers!

Never thought I had to pay for basically everything at an anxiety relief app- its a good app but I think it should be free for people who can't pay it (students for example)
