If I could give this NEGATIVE stars, I would. Most calls don't come through. If they do, it doesn't matter whether I have the app set to on or off, they will go to my personal voicemail instead of the app voicemail 9 out of 10 times. I even uninstalled the app, but the calls are STILL coming through, and STILL going to my personal voicemail. What the ACTUAL ffffkkk?!! Our entire agency is supposed to be using it but Google Voice has been a thousand times better.

For those with a Google Pixel and struggling with swiping from the edges, you can just tap the tabs to pull out the side menus. If having issues, try updating "Android System WebView" app to fix it. Phone will ring even when the app isn't running but won't pop-up a way to answer the call. I have to long press on the icon and choose "pause app" in order to prevent it from ringing. The previous versions running on server v8 had no issues on my Nexus 5x. Terrible coding.

This is the worst UX. When the phone rings the only options are to hold or cancel call- I can't answer calls! I have to wait for them to come through as missed calls & then call back. The side tabs on Android (Pixel 3XL) open only 1/10 goes!🤦‍♀️

This is just not working. App is open, I still miss calls. The status is intermittent as well, set it to working from home and next thing it's set to in office. The worst part is missing calls and the phone is right beside me, on, open and nothing. Just a voice message appearing to say I've missed a call. Not great if it's an unknown number. This needs to be fixed asap!!

App is VERY buggy. Crashes a LOT. It's not reliable and have lost business due to it not working and missing calls.

This app is awful. It's completely unreliable and makes working remotely so extremely difficult.

Will not work now was fine now everything greyed out and won't link to my office phone

Clunky. Needs work. Too much faffing about for speaker mode. Should be a dedicated, top-level shortcut, not buried in a menu. The whole interface is counter-intuitive. Nothing is where you expect.

I have never had so many issues on an app in my entire life. Everything from actually making the calls, to volume changing randomly from mouse-like to megaphone, and just randomly turning itself back on even after being dismissed. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this thing at least five times in less than a year. If my work didn't require me to use this, I wouldn't use it ever.

Calls are consistently dropped and I cannot even hang up thosecall. It shows the call time continuing but the call is deas. When given the soft phone or native phone option, while we have been given the direction to use soft phone, I receive an error saying it is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Very, very unreliable. There are other improvements, as others have stated, that could be made, but I would give it 4 stars if it would just work properly for incoming/outgoing calls.
