The app lacks several interface systems. No indication that passenger has already been picked up. Map of driver is super jumpy and is not at all consistent with location. Driver gets lost due to the map being jumpy. No drop off indicator making it seem like the passenger or the driver just has to cancel the ride instead of actually crediting the driver for a successful ride. Is this app a joke?

So far my experience on this app was good enough. Though there are times that the app slows down even if I have good internet connection and the pin is always everywhere which you need always type in your location. Most drivers are not that techie and you would understand. Micab might need to provide them refresher seminar or some training. So far, I did not experience rude drivers and drivers always turn on their meter once they have pick me up. I think it would be hard for Micab to provide reward schemes for customers but that would be better.

Om my first time to book, I got a driver immediately and waited 10 minutes. When it passed me it already had a passenger and kept going without contacting me that he was canceling the ride. 20 minutes later, he still was "on the way to me" but was going farther from my pin. The app is fine. The taxi driver users need training in ethics and how to use the app properly.

If I can rate this app... It's zero! Why? No drivers available, well maybe because reward scheme is not compensating. Also, I noticed once you got a driver, the app will lost connection and may lead to cancel your ride. Please improve your service or if not please discontinue service. Drivers will not commit to take your booking because they don't earn much. So bad! Grrr

Convenient but app is very glitchy. Doesn't update driver's location in real time (driver was already at the destination but map showed him at another location, and my internet connection was working just fine). Also unable to rate the driver, nothing shows under ride history. Driver was polite though and price is not highway robbery. It's just the app itself that's the problem.

I like the idea of making this platform available to taxi drivers, given the market nowadays. However i am disappointed on how lag this app is and how it is SO NOT EASY to pin location. Also, no notification that the driver has cancelled the ride whatsoever. It's just a pop up, guys. Pls have this feature so I wont wait for a ride that was cancelled already.

Address are not showing correctly (pag-asa in qc is showing as project 6), drivers are lost most of the time since they are also not trained to follow the pinned address and they are just relying on the address showed and going in the wrong direction. So you still have to call them, worst is after waiting so long your booking has to be cancelled since the driver is lost.

App itself is very slow and wont let you browse on a different window or do anything else on your phone while you're trying to book a ride....you have to stay on the app or else, it will stop searching for a driver once you go to a different page or window. It lags and usually has problems searching for locations (either your current /pick up location or the destination). I only gave three stars because i love Micab's service and have been a Micab user for a while.

App isn't terrible, but it's impossible to get a booking in Metro Manila. one booking in at least 100 attempts. same fussy taxi drivers who pick and choose where they want to go or maybe they just want to set their own fare at twice the meter rate.

The app disconnects consistently. The service here in Baguio is garbage. I booked a ride and confirmed it, and the driver said he was coming. Later on, i saw in the app that the driver was moving away from me. Could it be because of the disocnnects that constantly happen? Don't know, but it has happened to me twice in the past 3 weeks.
