Cant connect my erc20 inside metamask. I need my erc20 inside metamask but this update that they've done is super annoying since they lost the private key or json file option. They added a lot of useless features but the very basic thing was removed and now this mew is garbage since a lot of wallet already had that features! Bring back the json file or private key option back!

Great app! I would like to see some points improved: 1. Market price for tokens is not updating in real time. It would be more accurate to show the updated value of each token. 2. Emailed over 24 hours ago and very frustrated. My wallet has ETH and 7 or 8 other alt coins. All of a sudden most of the alt coins show 0 tokens and $0 USD. I logged in manually using the mnemonic phrase to one of the alt coins which shows the appropriate information (At least it appears that way) and values. Why does the app show incorrect info or no info on my alt coins?? Please help soon! I need to know that my $$ hasn't been stolen!! (Support solved it, thanks!!)

The only issue that prevents me rating it a 5 star is that when you create additional wallets to manage seperate funds/coins - it does not make it obvious on how to back these additional wallets up. Most people will assume the original recovery phrases will work for all the wallets when this is not the case.

Found it far to difficult to use. I wanted to store tokens there .Spent hours trying to figure it out and gave up. Response . Only address I could find was a ether address . i found no mention anywhere it would automatically detect different coins and seperate them . After hours of googling sitting through you help section . I was left with either a gamble or they would be lost . Or select a different wallet where I could select said coin and recieve it . I'm a newb and it was painful

Please take this feedback very seriously... Everybody who wants to use the wallet doens't know a lot of stuff... Please provide clear instructions on how to use... At first I found it really hard... Then after my own research, going good now... But yeah there's a lot of confusion with 1eth address.. ie our main wallet address... The wallets that I used earlier had specific wallet for each token... Coming frm there, to here, Struggled to find any info or help in app. Please make it user friendly

In my opinion. I should be able swap every coin in my wallet and be able to add new coins to my wallet. Just by simply scanning or pasting the contract code for the coin into my wallet. I also should be able to buy and sell my coins using multiple debit cards. For example I should be able to use my Td Bank, Chime, Robinhood and Cashapp debit cards to buy and sell my coins. And I should also be able to use a MEW debit card to buy and sell my coins to my wallet and to buy food or pay my bills etc

Useless without keyfile support. "Stories" about "security" are the same as saying that "30-symbols password is insecure because it does not contain uppercase letters". Without importing existing private keys - I'm unable to use my existing wallet with ALL (not only ETH) tokens from the last years. "Transfer tokens" - is not he solution because of different contract rules.

I deleted my mew app by mistake, when I reinstalled it, I put my 24 recovery word which I copied and tested yet it keeps on saying wrong recovery phrase. I am frustated. I have sent the address to receive ethereum through it and I cannot cancel it, what do I do. I have used the dictionary check and correct all the words but still cannot recover. I'll re-rate if customer service ever gets back to me but so far I'm a bit disappointed. The app was causing issues and I couldn't open it. So I Uninstalled and reinstalled it. After logging back in with my recovery phrase, one of my wallets was missing all together. I dont know if I've had coins hacked, but the entire wallet is missing! Edit: yep all you had to do was add a new account and it will show up. I do recommend to MEW that you guys make that more obvious but thank you for the help

Interface BUG : When sending, if USDT token is selected and MAX button is clicked it fills the amount as for example : 3,254.06 which does not enables the send button. However if the amount is manually entered as 3254.06 it enables the send button and there is no problem. My Galaxy S8 Plus language is currently set to English. Hope you fix and update the app soon. Worst app ever it was my first time using the eth wallet and the experience was beyond expectations very baddd you can't backup your account once it's lost lost forever customer support is very bad didn't helped me at all. Don't even want to give that single star

I have tried to recover my MEW and the balance and even though I put in the back up phrase and use the mobile phone it takes me to the web page but their is no sign of my details or the funds . Im' mwaiting for a response to my email.

Reply update: MEW hidden non transaction wallet disapeared then found in MEWconnect. As per instruction reset, as well from backup device, same. Fortunately able to move the fund out via PC. Investigate & Fix it ASAP pls. Thanks.

I sent transaction to the app, but it isn't showing in Ethereum balance. I can no longer transfer the token I want to trade. The app is total mess. The Ethereum balance is showing zero token.

Its good so far. Needs some additional improvement. I install this on my main android phone, i try to run the app after installing and it only display white screen. I dont know why. I tried to install on my other phone and it works flawlessly. 🤔 Maybe i will wait for the next update, but if the next update doesn't work again, i will go back to mew connect, more stable.

I am still hesitant about keeping keys on a smartphone, but the app looks great and it goes that extra step to explain to the user how to keep safe. Very well documented. Should we expect a few additional themes including dark themes to come soon?

Installed fine and everything seemed to work great. Then went and made a deposit to it, and now it just keeps telling me I have "No internet connection". Clearly I do because I'm here posting this instead of being able to see the deposit I just sent to it. I'll revise this when, and if, it ever gets sorted.

Easy to set up , don't forget that you can open it in your browser and copy your address ( don't do the same mistake I did and sent funds to someone else) , the support is amazing , kind and professional, The best ETH wallet out there , def would recommend it to anyone I met!

Meh. UPDATE: I am still learning this a bit—crypto and most specifically DeFi—and really don't know what to exactly say in my review. I do believe the MEW wallet is minimum 4 stars after learning it a bit more. Thanks for the understanding.
