I bought Ultron latest model, from day one this app isn't working . I specially bought that model just because of the ease of Smart Features but whenever i install this app and configurate my AC It does not connect with my wifi.Fortunately, if it connects then nothing works. No change in temperature , no showing any graph , not work pilot mode. Everytime i download this app it gets worser than worst. I don't know why Mervis isn't fixing there problem after getting hundreds of bad reviews.

One of the worst apps! Orient, please do not mislead your loyal customers by telling them your Ultron ecomfort series is IoT enabled. Your app simply doesn't work. It gives false reports, does not load and close properly. It even shows malfunctions in AC which may not be there in real. It does not operate AC online. You charge customers for features that dont exist or do not work. Please be on the side of customers and your sales will boost!

Totally useless app I have seen in my life. I have try after one year with hope may its work now but it didn't.. even didn't connect single time within 1 year.. Play store should be remove this type of junk apps.

I tried very hard to justify this useless app, but unfortunately couldn't. Does not connect with any authentication mechanism whatsoever. Hate to say real bad effort of app development with no QA.

I regret paying extra amount for wifi version of AC. I recommend everyone to buying AC without wifi. Unless, Orient provides some other App for connecting to AC, wifi in their ACs, is useless.

useless app. my ac is able to connect with my router but this app is unable to find it my connected devices. alwyas keep saying No Device Found Agains MacId xxxxxxx. what the hell is going on? called orient help line and the operator promised me that thier IT department will call me back but its more than a week now without any call back from them. what is the purpose of smart ac for me if I am not able to control it without remote control?

Totally disaster. Can't recognise QR code of orient AC and manually input method also doesn't connect. Totally waste. Should remove this app.

DOESN'T WORK!!! Yeah I can connect to my AC and control it but that's what a remote can do too. But other than that, nothing else works. Power consumption is always the same. Amperes are always 4.7 even when the AC is off.

Good app but need improvement i.e. 1)In controls tab, temperature control selection should be small and touch control should be precise rather than changing values at everywhere touch. 2)Hourly report shohld be in hours format except date. 3)Most important and base of energy metering is total unit(kWh) consumption reports availibilty. Hope developers will consider my suggestions.

Blue East team, please pay some attention to this app and improve it. This app never shows the right ambient temperature of the room. Mute fan speed function be added in which AC is running but almost have no fan sound) The stats sec in your app is a plus point which Kenwood does not provide, but the issue is that mostly it is also not correct, like your room temperature. Please get the app associated with Google Home. Mevris app isn't even listed there in Google Home Apps' devices list. FIX IT
