A parte de recarga online é muito ruim. O sistema não reconhece o crédito quando se efetua a recarga em determinados horários. Muito provável que haverá frustração em momentos de recargas urgentes. O app tbm não mostra as linhas que passam em alguns pontos, e o app é feito justamente pra isso, pra te dizer quanto tempo falta pro ônibus chegar naquele ponto. Péssimo serviço

Precisa melhorar muito. Informações escassas, imprecisas e desenvolvimento sem foco no usuário. Deveria, no mínimo, ter a lista de linhas que passam em cada ponto com a previsão de horário para passar o próximo carro. Hoje só mostra os carros que estão próximos ao ponto e ainda com muitos bugs.
