    I don't like the service, and I have unlimited data, but after you use so much like 16gb it starts to slow down, it sends a message saying you've used x amount of data. Why since its unlimited. Then you videos begin to wind. Then in the middle of a video, it leaves the site and goes back to the home page. Im going back aa soon as possible to verizon. The have the best service. My daughter passed, and our verizon account was in her name. She added me. Metro does not have good service.

    claim My main problem with this app is that you can't log in with Wi-Fi, it MUST be through data. So you can only imagine how annoying that was when having signal trouble or the one time the bill was paid a day late.. I get that it's for safety reasons, but glitches occur often enough already with this app, so it's double the pain. Handy on occasion but tends to fail out when you're in a pinch. Also whenever I try to call metro this app will pop open instead, not allowing me to make any of the calls.

    app Your service is unacceptable . When I try to contact your company by calling from my phone through this app which is the only option I am given, my phone will not connect to you. And if by chance this service makes a connection and I finally get an agent the call is dropped everytime. My issue is never resolved. I am left in a worse position than I was when I started. Being frustrated and upset. I have tried several times with nothing. Not happy a happy customer.

    account This app is very good and very convenient. However, I'm giving a 3 star rating instead of 5 because I'm having trouble accessing my account from it. Same as before. It asks for the street where i was born or grew up..i enter it and then nothing. Just a message stating that i entered the wrong info. Impossible. Getting customer service is actually a job at times. I need help ASAP. Until i get the help, the 3 stars remain.

    metrotex Cant wait to switch service providers... You pay for a month of service and your internet stops working about a week and a half before your bill is due... Love it so much. 7 year customer, and it's been that way all 7 years... They even send you a little message telling you your bill is coming due, and the INSTANT you see that, you may as well go ahead and pay it, otherwise you'll not be able to enjoy ANY of your apps. If you just need something to text/call with, its amazing.

And at this very moment, I am getting an error message stating that the program is taking longer than expected. I am working on it now.     phone number Since the latest update I can't process any payments thru the app. On my first try it tells me "darn it your payment didn't go thru, you only get 3 attempts to make a payment". Yet I haven't tried 3 times. N it forces me to go to a store to pay for it which charges me 3 extra dollars. Starting to feel like it's their way to squeeze extra outta you. N they out source their customer service plus they have no real power access to fix any issues we have.

Plus, we were lied to and told the phones we bought were 5G capable. Now suddenly they are NOT. So many lies!!! Nobody cares at Metro. I'm filing with the BBB if noone wants to help!!

    The app is fine most of the time it's the service that I have problems with. It's so slow I can't play a game or watch a movie, it times out. I thought when we went to T- Mobile, service would improve but it has gotten worse. I am looking for a different company, I have been with you 30 years and hate losing you but if I can't enjoy my phone why have it?

    The main problem I have with the app is that you can't call customer service, unless maybe you're using wifi. (Maybe) Also, sometimes customer service reps aren't always a good experience.. I also wish that this company will expand the extension services when a customer can't pay on time.. Especially, for those who have been a long time subscriber and have a good payment history with the company. 1 day extension isn't acceptable without data service.

    Metro PC zte max pro has so many disfuntional things wrong that the phone doesnt even deserve to be on the shelf, my phone has no keyboard use, i had to down load a keyboard off google play just for my phone can continue to be used. My last phone kept freezing up, and when we tried to get a smiliar phone they gave us the same none working and disfuntional phone that is discontinued out of all their stores, but they send them to you when you have trouble with your old phone.

    Phone constantly has to restart now, 10, 15, 20 time's a day, everyday. What the hell is going on with the network? And this is AFTER i increased what i pay monthly, if need be i'll pay amazon prime as a stand alone app and go to another network, won't tolerate this much longer.

I first got signed up with my own personal cell phone lady that came from Argentina. And I met her in San Francisco in the Haight-Ashbury. She's a wonderful woman. Very honest with her business dealings. And extremely beautiful. LOL

    I am so satisfied with my metro app. It is easy to navigate through. My inquiries and questions are promptly answered. I love Metro. I have been a customer since i signed up with them when they opened their first store here in ktown. I have never had a dropped or interrupted call. My intrrnet is highspeed as it is what I expect past carriers I was with the internet was so slower than what I was supposed to have. Anyway thank you Metro for being such a great service provider.     09/30/20: Doesn't allow you to call customer service. Every time you dial customer service, the app opens and says "my metro, please follow the steps on the screen" when there are no f'ing steps to even follow. 10/1/20: 🗣📲CAN'T CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE? Well now you can once you follow these steps: Go to settings》apps》My Metro》Clear storage data/cache》Turn off ALL permissions, including the "appear on top of apps", "change system settings" permissions.

    Sucks I try to make a payment to my account and then I have to go to the store to do it! And then metro pcs charges me $3.00 because I went through the store. Really nice You owe me 12×$3=??? $36.00 Plus I got a notification from metro pcs that I am eligible for a free tablet, and then you say it is a card? Sucks They sell your phone number and you get bombarded by Scam phone calls... even though I have Metro pcs scam blocking. Sucks

    I like the app other then it won't let me add services from the app. It wants me too call customer care. For an example if I try to add more data for hotspot it automatically redirects you to call them. If it wasn't for that it would be 5 stars.

    I hate this app with my whole heart whoever invented this app should be shot in the head military style. It will not transfer me to a live agent. It hangs up on me oh, and did I mention I hope the inventor gets shot in the head military style. If you go with MetroPCS they are not a bad company, but uninstall my Metro app it does not help you at all whatsoever.

    10/2020. Had service for 7 years. Since the last 4 months I have had problems with calls dropped, poor reception, internet loss. Up until then, I was highly impressed NOW very Lousy Service. They seem not to remedy the problems. Within next 2 month I plan to change if they cannot get it together.

    I called to get my number transferred to a new phone and I was helped by Angie. She was so efficient and effective as if she already knew what I needed and how to get it done it was unbelievable!     Metro pcs in general continues to get worse. Ev every update the phone gets the service gets worse. There are times where I have full bars and it takes several minutes to load a gif in a message or to even load some pictures on fb. Service is pretty disappointing

    I had my phone for several months and so far is nice, until the update...i can't even reply to texts. If I have to send one , I have to go on the actual app to send it bit before, I didn't have to go on the app in order to send it because I can just reply when the notification pops up

    The app is fine. But the service could use some work. Sometimes we have no service. Just emergency calls only. Then hot spot drops. This happens often. Please fix.




    I'm tired of buying a new phone every 6 months to a year, and my phone doesn't slow down when over the gigs my phone doesn't work for hours at a time until the renewal/anniversary date every month... So I asked what can be done, my answer was NOTHING or buy extra gigs that they don't even sell...

    Its been cool with metro but the insurance things sctrwed uup i had to spend 600$ just to replace 2phones and a tablet that had insurance they gave me the run arround im still with them but if i cant get reimbursted for that then its messed up and the insurance people are trying to get 10.66$ fromfor something that i didnt get

    The app is wonderfully matches with all other thievery of the world this is just more on your face and and Bolder than any app I've ever seen before my life because that she gives you the truth of what people are doing with your accounts especially stuff like putting money into someone's account or taking money out of my account cover arts and subtract to fix your hairs so I definitely think my Metro I'm wonderful app to expose that I really have a bad data breach

    I have so much trouble with phones had LG STYLO4 very slow went on store and like always they start trying to sell me the newest version of Galaxy and i fell for it bought have had it 3 months stopped working went black turned off never work again , had to gey another one .     They don't report your payment history. They don't have service in Wellington Kansas. They say free phone upgrade. You can go to the store and say hi im here to get my Free phone upgrade. They will say you can choose from these phones here. You pick the one you want get up there to find out you have to buy your Free phone upgrade. Then pay for activation.

But they thought my bank would lie for me making a payment that went though on there end. And Metro insisted it did not. So i seem like i'm been ball balled into paying it again. Dumb. But cheap.

So when I found that you give 3 free days of service on the app it saved me. I was able to call for help and get home safely. Dont know what I would have done if you didnt have that option.
