I had to select single star as there is nothing as negative but I would like to give them negative star because of my recent experience with them. Based on my experience I would suggest anyone not to trust these people whenever you have any urgent requirement. I booked a cab in advance but they neither send it nor bothered to inform me until and unless I called them. When I called them they were still looking for cab, where I had to catch a train in one hour. Very very irresponsible behaviour.

I booked a package for 3hrs, 30 km.i.e.from 11am to 02pm at Rs 700/- plus taxes. I was picked up at 11am as scheduled. I went to Airport T3 and reached at there at 1145. Instructed the driver to wait till I pick up the guest in 15 minutes. But the driver of the cab simply refused to wait and demanded Rs 800/- just for the drop. I had to take another Meru Cab from the Airport to my residence and paid additional Rs 462/- Pl enquire into the misbehavior and over charging by your Driver And refund

Worst experience ever, ZERO STAR I had scheduled cab one day prior to catch a train next day morning at 0615hrs. The booking was confirmed, driver details were shared, however the driver didn't arrive at scheduled time. When I tried to give a call, pre-recorded message said please call from registered mobile number and call got disconnected. Then Meru rep called and said cab is not available leaving with no other option with only 1hr left for train departure. Had to eventually book through Ola.

I with my family travelled to Kasar Devi, Almora from NOIDA. Meru arranged the cab from third party Sheetal Travels. However at the time of booking system generated OTP but it was for no use. Cab was lack of modern nevigation facility. Driver was also new to Almora and not having the smart phone. Everytime driver was asking the direction. I extended the trip one day for that Meru could not help. I had to talk third party. Also for the generation of bill Meru took more than three days.Overall bad

Terrible Service.! I had booked an Outstation trip for which I paid 5% as a booking amount via Gpay now I can't see any scheduled trips neither I have details of trip or confirmation you can't connect with their Customer Care as it's been more than 8mins I am on hold as there's no customer care executive to attend.. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER CONSIDER THIS APP AS AN OPTION TO BOOK A CAB.

very prompt response and punctual. Amount to be paid is confirmed before booking and no additional charges over the amount confirmed. Ease of paying through Paytm. Automatic deduction. overall good experience.

Useless service. Expected arrival was at 12.30 but never got any details about the cab. Customer service didn't have any clue on what to do, when asked about details. I suggest not to use Meru Cabs as you will never know if the cab comes or not untill the last minute 😩

One of the worst app ever ...denied cab because booked through app though it was half an hour earlier....the guy named ×××××× at Indira Gandhi delhi Airport misbehaved at 12 .10 am in midnight , arguing and saying those at counter and those who came to me will be given preference.... Despite me there standing for ....and booked via their app ...Does my mistake was to booked through app and hadn't pleaded him like others was .....plus the waiting period was half hour for one cab ... Horrible !
