This app refuses to accept check deposits above a very minimal amount. How is this necessary? Just hold the funds until you are satisfied; this is not difficult. Terrible policy that makes this app and this organization much less useful. The idea here should be to make everyone's life easier; the financial organization, and the customer. This makes everyone's life unnecessarily more difficult. This financial institution is increasingly going the wrong direction for customers.

Don't see where to do transfers between accounts with the new update. If I press the back button it automatically logs me out. Also not letting me deposit checks.

It's excellent. Now that it brought back the fingerprint unlock. Makes for a faster account checkup or speedy transfers. I love it.

Easy to use. Would have received a higher rating, but the app won't recognize my fingerprint at login. Even though it accepts it to turn the fingerprint option on.

The credit union is great and the app is fine once logged in. A recent change in the app made it so the fingerprint login is no longer available. That feature was very convenient which is why I changed my rating to 4 stars. Update 7/22: I changed it back to 5 stars since the feature is still available, only suggestion is to make it easier to access instead of hidden in the settings. Thanks!

I'm actually online!! It's working well so far! Sorry I didn't listen, but now covid forced me to. Thank you for your reassurance also!! Update: still enjoy the convience and is working well! Only suggestion(s) would be to be able to: see more history, pull up only certain payment history, see exactly who it was paid to, or even receipts from what you purchased!

It was a 5 star app, but then it changed. Now it speaks aloud no matter whether the sound is off. I've tried everything to turn it off. And now it has removed logging in with fingerprint for me. I don't see any way to fix it. It's like they just keep updating it to make it worse. It was awesome before.
