Far from ideal. It constantly asking me to register my phone even if I have done that a few times already. It seems like if you don't use the app for a few months you have to reguest the code and register the device over and over again

The upload documents function does not work anymore and the app is very slow. Two years and they still haven't fixed the "Photo Upload" function. Typical SBK.

Easy to use. Overview is easily available. All your documents are available in one place. Efficient to navigate. Only some services were not available for the English version. Update: the response from the developer is quite good and quick.

Cant upload documents anymore -> "Submission Error" once the bar upload bar is finished, resubmitting yields the same result. Using this app for nothing else than uploading documents, this is a quite severe problem.

Excruciatingly SLOW!!! Registration worked fine. But then the problem starts. Even though I have a new pixel phone and 4G or WiFi speed, every operation on this app takes ages. Deleting a document from the mailbox takes 15 seconds. In general, the system needs you to tho download PDFs (12 seconds and 3-4 clicks) and open them which is very old fashioned and means the documents are lying somewhere locally on the phone forever (Datenschutz??!). Frustrating. Even paper letters are faster to open.

Cannot login anymore. I input membership number, password, tap "Login". A spinner with " Please wait..." appears and stays so forever.

Really upset. The app is not useful because the device registration code does not work. Nobody picks up on the support line, just a suggestion to leave a message. Call to my SBK representative did not improve the situation.

After the last update on the login page the app crashes and I can't login anymore. I also tried to upload a file a month ago that doesn't work either and the app keeps crashing.

Mailbox does not work. press on the download button and nothing happens :(. When used to confirm PC login it freezes when "enter" used to enter the password.
