Made a suggestion n got a email bak in less than 24 hrs woohoo for staying on top guys I got alot of stuff entered from other app starting to like this one pretty good ,the cloud is great so my wife can see all my stuff when goes to get scripts ,oh for all those that have fur babies i add them too comes in great for tracking when rabies heart guard

Still new here. 1. would like to suggest an important measurement should add in to record like weight, the BMI status according to weight, etc. BMI is one of the important common records required. 2. The apps is user friendly, it could be best if allow user to customizer some records by them self. For example, user might required to record the weight, daily medicine taken, mensus date, etc 3. There are room for improvement. Expected new version can include more records Thank you

I like that it's free. The main reason I got the app was to keep an easy to access and fill-in my family's vaccines and meds. I wish the meds had a start and end date for record keeping. The layout of the vaccines could be clearer, but it works. I like that I can always add notes and I can add the basic info (blood pressure, weigh, etc) for each appointment to see patterns. I love that I can download an excel sheet of my info even though it's layout isnt as nice as the app.

Poor design of the interface. The opening screen shows "new records", inviting input. So it is blank, which could be interpreted as declaring that there are no records for that category . To get to info previously entered, as in an emergency, the "previous records" tab must be selected.

This app does not fit on my phone screen...cannot see anything clearly...not impressed. Update: The developers reached out to me and let me know it was mt font size causing the issue! My phone is new, and I did not realize the font size was so big....totally my bad! App works great now, kudos to the developers for reaching out to me to fix the issue..that is very refreshing to see!

It was nice using the app except for 2 concerns. Firstly it doesn't generate a detailed prescription containing Clinic details, doctors name and digital signature. I couldn't also find an op no or searchability using a unique patient ID. For the rest of it seems like a good app!!

Very good experience for more than a year.. But please add sequence Patient number in Client's registration page(it used to be there though it was was not updating automatically but later removed in the current version) 2:Please add Printing reports with later head and Receipt and invoice

Once say blood sugar readings cross a month, unable to share cumulative readings or readings for selected month. The app crashes everytime I attempt it. It would be good if this issue could be fixed
