Comparable discounts like other apps. But they have a habit of canceling orders on the day of delivery. This is troublesome. Also, they send too many promotional texts and calls which may be annoying at times. Post the reviews, as per medlife response written to their customer care. But no reponse for last one week neither refund processed

This app misleads you. Its show different rates to different users. The offers doesn't get applied. Moreover, you have to sign up every single time you are up for an order!! Although I have placed multiple orders here, I'm highly disappointed!!

Your app ask me for an update but when I come to play store and look for the option of update, firstly that is not available, secondly your app is also not working giving a reson of techinical issue, server down, need an update, call online and than order..... Etc These are the excuses given to me by medlife... I have installed your app before also in 2019 @ that time i seem to get no issue but today when I install again these problems are raising which is really a huge disappointment for me..‼

The only reason I uninstalled is the app is because medlife didn't meet the right standards. Too many offers and only very few promo code works. It seems the information presented is fake and now it says medlife is pharmeasy and only it has become pharmdifficult after looking at all reviews left by the customers. You need some great customer service skills and technology expertise to sustain.

So sad to say I had very bad experience with them in delivery and refund towards returned medicines. Tablets were collected 20 days back till now refund was not paid. Customer service doesn't have clarity when we call them We need to do follow ups for delivery or refund. In app/customer service, there is no option to raise a complaint. All medicines will not available here. Medicines is something so important for patients but I don't see team is giving appropriate importance.

Worst, Very Worst. Kindly don't install this app. I used it before 1 year and during the first order I faced many issues and then I un installed the app. But I am getting many marketing calls and 2 messages per days its totally irritating. I called their customer care to delete my number but response and see when I typing this message I am receiving the marketing message 30% off. Ohh God

The app provides worst services as always deliver wrong medicine and on refunt complaint no one is there to take action on it. I've faced the problem from last 3 times and I didn't get any refund. I've raise complaint in costumer care for 10-20 times but no action is being taken upon. The help desk also provides the worst services. I will never use this app in future and also never recommend to others.

Percentage of discounts is more compare to the other med apps but, lack of punctuality is the main problem. I used to order medicine for cardiac patients but it took time to long to deliver. I booked the medicines on 18th and it would be delivered by them on 23rd. Bt they delivered the medicines on 27th. Again I order same medicine from another app and they delivered the medicines on 27th. So, If I can't get my medicine in the time of emergency then why should I order further from this app.

So many promotional messages in a single day and once the mobile number is registered, there is no way out. Even if you drop thousands of mails for DND, noone is gonna listen. Some BOT will reply to the mail saying they have forwarded the mail to the respective team to every mail and then closes the ticket. Most pathetic app and worst customer support with most annoying skill to make people's life miserable by sending the unwanted messages.

Pathetic customer support team. Once you place an order, they won't stop irritating you by multiple calls from different tele marketing numbers. I've raised request to stop this nuisance- called them, mailed them multiple times. But they just won't care. Still getting their calls everyday twice/thrice times from new numbers everytime. So it doesn't matter even if I block the number! This kind of support shows their overall customer support system. Completely useless!
