After listening to every app for meditation with only soothing music and a timer this one tops them all. There's no new age guiding, no lyrics or singing, loud instruments. Some have background instruments to change the atmosphere, like a wooden flute, . Plus a timer for any length of time. piano playing or tinkling, just a list of selections like Harmony, Possibilities, Night Fall, Northern Lights. One difference might be lower tones vs higher tones. I morning and night,, so calming.

This app has everything I've been looking for , all the sounds/music are perfect just the way they are and I promise that you will find a few that you will have trouble choosing from which one to fall asleep to AND they have a timer that has a custom feature AND one that goes up to 4 hours of listening time. Last night was my first time using the app and I was just trying out the sounds at first and I guess it was so relaxing I fell asleep in the middle of one that my son had to wake me up !!

Love this easiest-to-use sound machine app. Open the app, bam, I'm quickly good to go. Wide variety of sounds all sound realistic. Fun part is playing around with combinations of different sounds. Mix n' match for hours if u want. This is a keeper guys. Bonus Tip: Use app with noise canceling ear buds or headphones. You won't hear most any deafening
