Poor app design. When you need to show your card to get insurance or keep reloading and reloading making you look stupid at the cashwr of the medical center. You constantly need to receive an OTP to just change and return to different part of the main menu. Now there is 4 white cell on top of the main left menu. Not impress by the app. And sadly I need to use it. Poor

After calling medihub to verify my phone number for OTP and after i reset my phone reinstall the app etc.The app still have yet to send me an OTP password up till now there is no progress.How to ensure that the ecard is able to use if we decide to go for consultation to show as proof that we are eligible for our benefits.App suppose to be at our convenience but right now it just doesn't serve the purpose.

Tried to submit a claim. It allows me to get to the claim form but when I reach the Type of Claim, the app crashes. I've tried at least 5-6 times but it always crashes. I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing but it still crashed. Hope the technical team can solve this quickly! Thanks!

User friendly and easy to navigate platform. Its great that i can easily locate the nearest panel doctors and directions to the clinics are provided too! Most importantly, its really convenient witH the e-card built into the app, dont have to worry not remembering to bring my card. 😃

I tried to use it for doctor anywhere, but the app kept crashing when trying to pick up the calls. It got so bad that the customer service from doctor anywhere called me up personally to verify that the problem was not on their end.

It's very glitchy, i can't video call, i booked an appointment and then after I paid they say that there no available slot at that time, I lost 2 benifits without even seeing a doctor. Terrible app after the update.

Easy-to-use mobile app. Simple claim submission process and claim was settled promptly thereafter. Very helpful to be able to view the balance of my benefit entitlement.
