I had no issues with this app - but that is probably because I had already set up a myGov account (on a desktop device) and linked it to Medicare before setting up the app. It's annoying I can't see my inbox via the app

No issues logging into the app, but once signed in I get the 'spinning wheel of nothing' when trying to access any details, including vaccination certificate which is what it was downloaded for.

Like most tech the government release this app is unintuitive and convoluted. The linking of mygov to this app does not work. The questions seem to make this impossible. Slow clapping to the idiot who designed this.

Unable to login. Keeps saying card details are not valid, card is up to date and works on a web browser but always fails in the app.

It seems to be just window dressing and data collecting. I have installed it, and logged in, but besides seeing my personal details, none of the functions work. Cannot access history, or any of the features. I once selected one of the history requests, and it was just stuck on loading. I wanted to see how long, but I stopped after an hour, cause it was draining my battery, and i needed to use my phone. Don't know how this will work with the vaccine passport everyone will want to use.

After reading all the problems people have had installing (or not installing) this app I loaded it with some apprehension. However, it installed perfectly first time (to my surprise and relief, although I had ensured my MyGov and Medicare accounts were linked), no problems setting a PIN and I now have ready access to my COVID vaccination certificate.

Great app once you finally set it up. Unfortunately setting up the app is headache and stress inducing 😤😡 Doesn't seem to matter how often you put in your information the app rejects it. Hubby and I spent about an hour setting up both our accounts and now have to help our daughter set up hers. Her first attempt has led to crying and cursing 🤬😭 hopefully when we try again in a few days things will be easier 🙏🏻

Enter usename and password, done. Enter code from generator or get an sms. Easy right? Not even close. After downloading code generator, I cant access it because my old phone is linked to my account, it then says sign into mygov and change linked phone. Yeah, right! There is no other way to rectify this issue without having to ring mygov. No point in password recovery if its next to worthless due to a system the only recognises your old obselete phone from 5 plus years ago. Absolutely maddening

I signed into the app to view my immunisation history, because I must have it for work (aged care). But I can view mine, I can see my wife's and my children's, but not mine, what the hell??? If we are meant to use this app for something so important, maybe you should have it working properly.

Seems impossible to link Medicare to MyGov to get this to work. Says part of your details do not match their records but won't say which part (I guess to protect privacy). But then it's a guessing game about what might not match, until eventually you get blocked out from too many attempts. None of my details have changed in 20 years so I find it hard to know what to do. Unusable for me.
