This is not work on OnePlus 7T Pro (everything was good before Android 10). Now, if I do a media scan then the photo viewer miss all pictures and videos until is cleanup cache & data of the Media Storage...

I recently experienced a problem with somebody putting a no media file probably a hacker on my SD card since then my internal SD card and external has been facing problems deletions theft and all other kinds of file transfers all wireless the only way I have to recover any media that I put on my devices or or is transferred through my devices is taken from me the only way I have to recover it is due to no media programs including yours the other is az no media scan thank you so much for the work

Update: 09/28/19.... I did a factory data reset on my phone and now this media scanner is no longer available. I am sooooo disappointed! Love it! This app works great allowing you to see your music files and pictures after doing a reset of your phone and putting everything back together and you mysteriously cannot see any of your songs or pictures. By running this app, it re-associates everything and then you can see the songs in your playlist and the pictures in your gallery. I highly recommend this app!

IT WORKS! When I download videos or pictures, it sometimes doesn't show in my gallery.. even if I reset the phone, it doesn't show up until I wait for a long time... this thing scans FAST! And it works.. the newly downloaded video appears in my gallery! Works on my Android 9.0 on my LG V40, and also others like Android 6, 7, and 8.

Quite a decent App. 3 stars because it's just decent. The UI is not appealing, I was rather confused as to what I need to do to start the scan. And the scan speed could be faster. Typically took around 2 hours to finish scanning my 128Gb micro-SD card. Improve on these 2 points and I will give 5 stars.

Sad to see unless i misread, this wasnt working for a few users, but can glady say it worked for me (Droid Moto Z Play, Android 8) ! It did however mess with all my notification sounds, but a minor issue that can be easily fixed myself then the idiotic issue this was resloving that Android has had for AGES. Especially since all my methods of fixing it stopped working. Really easy to use until you may need to hit up the advanced options if it doesnt for you, which wasn't my case.

After using this app, all my old photos and videos got mixed up with new ones, my gallery albums are a huge mess because a lot of new photos are in old album folders. I do not recommend anyone to use this app. I might have lost some photos too, not 100% sure about this one. This is a risky app to use to solve the problems you have with your device, and I made a mistake because I tried it out. Don't make the same mistake as I did.
