Update 28/10 - 20549663 is the claim no. and is in the same status ------‐------- App works fine but the Customer care is of no use. They just act like an intermediate to take details from you and pass to somebody else. They don't take the ownership of any issue. I have submitted a claim and since a month the status is Ready for payment. Customer care executive says, will ask them to process soon

Even if I upload a file size less 1MB , it shows error "cannot upload more than 5MB size file". Cannot upload .zip file. Dumb app just for name sake. Because of this, I could not do claim itlself. Medi assit will just make you frustrate by doing these kind things. That you will finally feel like you don't want to do claim at all.

App is fairly good but the process from the company is not prompt to handle client requirements. Having an app should be to reduce the time for the process. But doesn't seem to be the case with them

Contact toll free no. is wrong. Tickets raised through the app simply disappear in the limbo. Tickets raised through email do not get listed in the app.

Everytime it pops the same notification for password, during registration, although my password fulfils all the criteria of requirements. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app still, the problem continues.

Not user friendly.👎👎... No list of hospitals available in the app..... Neither in search of physician or others any doctor's list is available....👎👎👎 A very dire update is needed in this app to prove its worth... 👍

Date of Birth wrong.. i mistakenly updated in Reconnect..I edited my Date of birth next day in My Rconnect.. But its not showing in Medibuddy.Same old Date of birth showing in App..kindly updated on time its better.This is only my request

I am correcting my Comments as : It's not only a stupid app, it has a bunch of cartoons who developed it. They never respond to the emails forwarded to their respective email id. Doesn't have a track of my claim or policy as an error message pops up. A claim submitted on 18 Sep 19 gets registered on 23 Sep 19, afterwards no address about it. Is manipal Cigna insurer is least bothered about customer claims. Till date, neither I have got a query nor a settlement. Public please advise how to tackle

Everytime I try to open my E-card, your app goes into infinite waiting loop. It never loads. Also while accessing the claim form, there is no server available. However if you try to load anything else in the app, it works like a charm. You guys should feel ashamed of yourself. The place where your app should be highly responsive, it the exact place where it hangs.

Renew my policy since past 4 days but can't do this even after so many emails and phone calls.most of given number not connected .

Document download not working. Tried multiple times and always getting a loading message but the documents never downloads/ opens.

I have applied for medical reimbursement in Medibuddy app. After submitting all documents, after lot of hassle , it showed claim is submitted. But i didn't get any tracking number. When i contacted the helpdesk, I was requested to repeat the process in medibuddy online portal as the app doesn't work properly. Then why do we have this app in the first place, if we need yo do in online portal?

Very User Friendly. People use this app mostly when they or family are in a medical distress situation. The last thing one needs, is an app that makes them enter 100 things. This App is very nice. All it asks for is the User ID and Pwd. Once logged in all information is right there on the home screen.

Terrible app and customer care service. Even after providing all the original documents they somehow reject it. This happens to most of the people in my office. I do not understand why medibuddy complicate this process so badly. Tottaly they screw up our time.

App is not working properly even after update to latest version. No use.

App Info Is fine. But Only if you can start the app.. If you try 10 times... app starts once or twice... it keeps showing revolving circle for the rest of times.. :-D And app is more inrerested in showing notifications of water and snacks.... but it can't show updates regarding your claim in notification... this is a paradox.

Good but dreadfully slow to load initial page of the app although internet connection is very good..

Had to install the app as my employer is associated with Mediassist. The app needs a serious Lifecycle check. Many of the option just timeout with nothing to display. Ecard also not available while its visible on the website. Team, please consider the suggestion, during emergency patients don't have the time to login on to websites and will solely rely on this app.

The support and contact us function is not working at all. Unable to create ticket, unable to contact customer care. The app is fine but the service is worst. Trying to reach support team for claim related queries, but the mail is undeliverable, unable to rise a ticket from app.

I was very happy with old version but now unable to link my policies with new one. I have been frustrated to try it more than 20 times but success is far away, please assist me as soon as possible.

I'm unable to download e-card. Worst app, it's deviated from original purpose. We don't need reminder to have our breakfast, lunch and snacks. First fix the primary need, which are needed.

Lot of page just don't any information.policy details,card details are not present,page just show no info found. Your old app used to be so good. New app is really waste and doesn't have any useful information to show.

Why doesn't it work in the hour of need? Been trying to download the e-card from yesterday, but nothing is working out. Worked well on my first login though. I wish I could give this ZERO stars.

It's very worst service. I raised 3 complaints from this app, nobody responded till now. I submitted original copies 4days back itself but in app still it is showing claim documents awaited. I feel one star is also not worth. No response from Medibuddy team. The team is not understanding pain of people.

They had asked me to send all the documents in hard copies(original bills, cheque and many documents etc.) and it took more than 20 days to process it and got denied. Why can't you check the scan copies in the first place and then process it.

MediBuddy is a personal doctor who is always with us. Awesome UI and features this application offer. Thank you for creating such good application. One disadvantage, it doesn't shows popular clinics available in and around the city. Can also have improvement in logging work activiy as its own since users wouldn't know the accurate or even approximate values. It can get data for other work activity from fit watches and dedicated apps like your getting walking log details from Google Fit.

App layout fine. Am afraid medi insurance fails bigtime. Cashless claims appeared approved on the app for 80% of amt but during the last day before discharged was made to wait 18 hrs in hospital as medi was raising queries which were already answered. Inspite of approval had to self pay to get discharged. Still waiting for medi to canx cash less claim since we self paid. Needless to say went through lot of stress on last day of discharge. Medi cust. Service is not helful to resolve problem

It is helpful application as it fulfills the purpose of submitting claim...but one drawback is that I am not able select multiple documents at a time, and I have to select one document at a time to attach, which is time consuming..

I dont see Open and closed Tickets even after raising the concern. Hence i am giving 2 stars.Fix this issue. My tickets numbers are 165423 and 166824 which i dont see in Open tickets and also closed tickets! No one from Medi Assist called me for issue.

Nice medium to have the required data handy at palms reach. From upload to download and be in line with the online version this app is really helpful. Only one issue I found - You have to refresh the app page by pulling it down while retrieving claims/reimbursement details. That Auto page update will really boost the app features.

Worst app! Cannot view the tickets raised for any concerns. How am I supposed to know how my query is being handled/resolved? I even cleared data, cache and reinstalled the app but it doesn't help!

Please don't take insurance from MediBuddy. Reimburstment not possible. For Small hospital they will not provide claimed money even you admitted for 10 days in Hospital.They will keep asking different types of documents. I have went 2 time's to home town to get different hospital documents what they asked. Traveling cost itself cost itself came more than what I claimed for. after asking third time new document I asked them I can't provide.They cancelled my claim. They are just looting our money.

Worst Application. The app doesn't respond after entering the credentials, it goes into a waiting loop with circle goes round and never ends. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing works. Wort experience.

One of the worst experiences. Mediassist would not even look at settling the bill on time. Waiting for discharge 6 hours... Call executives continue to hang up...Very,very poor service you provide. So, this app is useless if your team does not work.

Does not provide complete information on what documents to submit and they will ask for the additional documents to submit by keeping all originals with can one bring the additional documents from the hospital when all original documents are submitted to them already...raucous service by medibuddy

Media buddy has made Pre and Post Hopsitalization claims easy, fast,transparent and effective.Thanks guys Made my job easy.

Really wonderful and useful. The whole process is transperant and one will know the status of the claim and whether the claim was approved or not. Its like jus go with your mobile and ahow the ID to the hospital and come out without any bills or challans.

Even Clearing caches and data isn't helping much to speedup loading issue... Waiting time is infinity when we try to open E cards. Even with ultra high speed Wi-Fi 200mbps speed isn't making it more reliable.

Very poor approval process. During discharge tpa mediassist messed up the bill and showed amount payable by me a double amount. When tried calling them the help line numbers are not working. If i enter MA ID in the call it says number doesn't exist. Since it is dussera all employees took day off and didn't even bother about those who are in hospital.

After entering the password in login page asking to enter the OTP sent to mail ID but after entering the OTP error occurs as "Unexpected Error Try again some time" have tried log-in several time and days but same error occurs.

App needs lots of improvement 1. Deducted details is not in sync with web application 2. Under bills tab - non payable needs to be in sync with web application 3. Copay deduction details are not in sync wuith web application

MediBuddy is worst app from UIIC. Don't go for Insurance from UIIC. I am a banker and mediBuddy has rejected my claim, before getting admitted to the hospital, I contacted mediBuddy representative for help but found no help. Bank is paying Insurance policy for its staff because it is cheaper than other companies. As an individual I would suggest to go for star Health Insurance as they are having wide range of network Hospital.

Some what better than previous. But any tickets raised is not listed into view ticket sectuon. I have raised 3 tickets/issues but it is showing empty. I was waiting for resolution of my query and now i got to know that there is nk ticket against my ID. This is unfair.

Don't take insurance through it they are taking more than 2 months to generate the health card.If any emergency occured during that time,they are simply saying card is not geneerated. Also claims are also processing fairly.

MediBuddy is the best will all updates. The process for claim is assured. I got 100% claim for my father who is 66yrs years age. Only issue is you cannot add multiple policy in app.

Very bad app. Company asking for intimation before hospitlization but no option for intimation is available in app for intimation

While submitting pre and post hospitalization claim its not generating the claim id or tracker. I have been told to submit again and after multiple submission its the same issue. Please resolve this issue otherwise its a complete waste of time for users - filling receipt details, uploading receipts and reports etc

The app needs Improvement. I have installed/uninstalled the app 4 times. It dosnt go to the next screen after corporate login. There is always a blank screen which doesn't go. No help from this if I am at the hospital and want to check any of my details.

App is very convenient to know status of the claims and also details regarding policy. One thing to improve is the speed. App is very slow.

Not able to put a comment on claim. Once u ask for a doc, there is no way to respond back other than just uploading the document. What do we donif we have already uploaded a doc ? There is no way to communicate. And you guys keep asking the same doc again even if its uploaded.

My policy is under process for a claim. Got mail to submit some extra documents. Using this app to get any update. But this app is having unexpected errors all the time. Hence no further update possible. Please fix issues for customers' help...

Have been trying to logon into app from last 3 weeks same error occur evertime "oops not able to login at this time try after some time". Have raised complaint but not response till now.

Very very very slow in process. Now 2months over still my amount is on process. Don't know when will the payment be done. I dont understand why it's taking so much of time. Need to know as soon it's possible.

I don't understand why they take months together to settle claims inspite everything is legitimate what they check I'm not sure. I feel now a days we always need to take illegal routes to get any benefit! I pity common man.

Worst worst experience ever, i have been trying to submit the reimbursement claim, but every time i am getting server error. Raised so many tickets on application, but didn't get any reply.

Very handy. Able to submit the claims in just few clicks. Even if you are doing it online through desktop or laptop, it is reflected immediately in the app.

Sign in is pain in the ass I can not sign in as when OTP comes I switch to messaging app and when I get back to medibuddy it's at the strt screen for login, sake happens with call verification...really frustrated

The App is very user friendly and has all the info related to medical insurance at a click.After making payment for AMC beneficiaries its still showing as payment pending. pls fix this.

Super arrogant and non considerate. Worst ever TPA. Don't renew your policy if TPA is Medi assist They need all prior policies to get a approval for claim. All prior policies. All 6 years. Fortunately I had 5 policies, but no the 6th one, and that too of 4 years ago, and Mediassist have put it in pending documents and not ready to approve the case. Hospital on other side is asking for entire payment upfront despite an active policy which was never consumed before.

Rating should be -999.Worst customer experience ever had....there is no response from support team for more than 20 days. I don't know they meaning of esclation they are telling more than 15 days tickets in escalated state.if you ask any questions they will put your call in hold and disconnect the call

Fast, easy and quite reliable ! Humble note to TPA: if i get a "claim waiting number" or "expected claim waiting time" which decreases in real time... then waiting time is not painful. It will help to know about how many claims are processing per day ! Regards.

This application not responding very well...somtimes E Card will not open somtimes locantion detection issue occures, anything become more irritating when demand is urgent and things not responding...same i am trying since last two days but this app beaving rudly..

It's not a good app. Medibuddy service are worst. It's very time consuming and not worth. I will take more time for processing and also irritate by unnecessary queries. I will request to all firms and companies HR do not go with Medibuddy. It's not employee friendly. Horrible experience with Medibuddy.

Incorrect entries under insurance claims continue to figure in the App, despite me pursuing this issue in writing repeatedly with the Customer Grievance Cell of ManipalCigna over the past two months and more. My request seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

Pathetic APP. I can not check anything on your AP. Whenever I click on track claim it always give an error oops something went wrong try after sometime.

Poor service... The claims department is only interested in raising new query.. despite submitting all original docs they still insist on original docs. Company seem to be not interested in processing the claim.

Useless app... I'm trying to raise ticket since 4 days but everytime I try and get an error stating try after sometime. Its been more than 7 business days now but my claim has not been credited yet

When, I was trying to upload documents for my reimbursement i was getting error again and again displaying that server is not able to upload 😣 thia document. And also i had raised ticket as queries, that also was not answered by them.

Very worst application...I submitted my reimbursement application with all necessary medical documents, reports. Total my claim amount is 7500/- the medi buddy assist claim raised only 100/- rs shameless application. E-card not valid in most of authorities hospitalization.

Lots of bug.. location search is very poor and not able to retrieve order details.. always hanging.. Im not able cancel my doctors appointment..since the app is not showing the order details.
