Not super user-friendly, and if you're new to insurance in any way they're not very helpful in telling you what you need to submit for a claim or qualifications. Contacting support is extremely difficult, sent two emails with no response. Once I figure it all out, will probably give a higher rating, but for a new user it's not very pleasant.

Easy to navigate. Provides enough detail without creating confusion. Claim submission is simple. Calling to request more detail when needed is efficient and friendly. The App and those who provide further detail when calling the 800 # have both been great experiences. This would be a great system for STD/LTD claim submission. Using this may create a system of accountability and eliminate the unnecessary stress added to those already ailing, decreasing claim duration and amount of over time.🙄

Lousy way to do business. Not the easiest app to navigate, attaching doc images are a chore. I guess the days of speaking with a human are gone, I'll go back to mailing my package of receipts in. This by no means is any faster.
