VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Purchased vouchers that require booking from the merchant however they have included a fictitious phone numbers of the merchant which are all not available. I requested for a refund and they have confirmed by email that they have initiated refund process and asked to allow for 2 days Then sent me an email that the merchant have confirmed a booking on a date that I didn't ask for neither confirmed to me by the merchant and they will not proceed with the refund. 3 star for the app only, how ever the customer service is too bad, i bought the voucher and when called for booking they are not providing for the dates which i want to book, sent email to refund the voucher or give back as credit but cobone team is also not helping with that... So unsatisfied

Travango Travel and Tours which is co-related in this are not responding my emails and calls. I have booking to use my voucher but no one answered me. My voucher will be nearly expired and it will be loss. Money is not a joke I hardly earned it and you should return it.

The salons there are deceiving people I paid 160 for keratin and when I went there the salon refused to apply the product I bought it and they applied conditioner only. Fake offers and fake services.

The search is inefficient or bad user experience. if I search a particular word it shows options to select feom search results but those are one to one results. so I see all the search as a list to scroll, Note- it doesn't show the offer details, and I have click each time from the search result list to open the offer for details and go back everytime to check other offers one by one. Cobon team shall simply follow the rule of search to show all possible matching results with details, best at top

i have had great offers from this app and you could really get discounts from your choices. sometimes though, the merchant will tell you that the offer is not available and the service would not be that of a good quality because you only have a voucher. overall though, i would still use this app, hoping that the next service that i get is as good as majority of the nice service that i had
