Doesn't work at all, stuck on opening screen. Just will not load at all after latest update. Useless.

positive, its easy to use and saves you time queuing up to place your order. Special offers every Monday although these are not suitable for everyone. You can use the food for thought code on the app. Negative, it's the only way to get your free hot drink now. You don't get a receipt to take advantage of the food for thought offer as you do when you pay on site. Sometimes it doesn't recognise you have arrived and you have to go to the counter and ask them to input your order code.

Great when it works. Last week I was in a McDonald's using its WiFi and couldn't order a coffee as the map although showing my location correctly, said no McDonald's in the area. (It has been there for years). It also said none when I typed in the town to search. Another time and place, it wouldn't let me collect an order as it wouldn't show me as arrived. We need a way to manually override this. I couldn't, so I went to the nearby BK instead for my meal.

6 months on despite the updates, I still have to open the app from within the Play store. I so wanted to like this app, to be able to order my food and then collect it, however I can't order through the app (won't respond to touch) when opened from my phone. I have to open through the play store. When opened like this I can input the order but only manage to successfully complete 1 in 4 tries. The rest of the time it either crashes, won't let me pay or needs to be retrieved at the till in store.

I used to use this app all the time, and it was great until a couple of months ago, now it is impossible to use, gets past the golden arch splash screen then freezes, tried deleting the data and cache in the app, deleted and reinstalled, and sometimes it worked to order but for the most part it doesn't work, absolute waste of time on all my android devices.

Utterly useless app. Very rarely works. Then when it does, let's you order but by the time you've arrived to collect, it's frozen again so you can't let them know you've arrived. Surely a huge global company like McDonald's can get an app to work properly! Still utter garbage, only way it works is to uninstall and re-install EVERY SINGLE TIME! Get it sorted, Burger King's app works as described. Still doesn't work even after the latest update! Embarrassing!

The app is fine, it's the support that at restaurants that let's it down. My first delivery was short of items so I had to drive to the restaurant, only to be told they had run out of the item, no refund or explanation was given though prior to the delivery. The second delivery was cancelled as McDonald's could not find a driver, I still have not received a refund.

Bewildering logic to the order flow still - if you're ordered to a specific table, it's the very LAST thing that's specified! Unnecessarily confusion. Also, any problem with payment necessitates queueing up at the counter to resolve, rather than the app giving an opportunity to try another payment method. Finally, some restaurants appear to assume that if you're "collecting" from a table, you're taking out, not eating in! Need to be able to make this clear in the app.

The discounts are good but Click and Serve is awful. I ordered using Click and Serve and waited 25 minutes until I finally went inside. They informed me that the bay number I input into the app had come through as a table number. They then threw the fries in the bin, got new ones, and gave me my order back. I asked them to get me a new happy meal. It turns out that they also didn't give me new nuggets, burger, coffee, or coke, meaning that they were all cold. There was no toy in happy meal too.

Forces you to turn on location in order to collect your meal. Doesn't take into consideration that I might be purchasing the order from home, and getting someone else to collect the order from the store. In this case, that person will need to take my phone with them and turn on location services just to collect my order. Which is stupid. It should only require a personal check in number that you give to the workers.
