Where are they going to deliver?? No facility to address, they use only maps for live location detect. And that too is not precise. So the parcel will go wrong place & someone else will enjoy on my paid order. Also, the menu ordering is too difficult, not at all user friendly. I would rather go to nearby restaurant which is much easy.

I'm not really happy with the food that is made. the Burgers are cold and most of the time the patties arent fresh, they feel like they are 2 days old. Also there is no option for cancelling the order if u want to add or deduct a particular order . The drinks are however are are really good at taste. hope my review helps MCD to improve. Thank You.

Really horrible service and customer care from mcdonalds team. After the order is dispatched it's been an hour but no update from the team the order is not delivered and is prepaid. When i try calling they pick up the phone and next thing i know is they just switch off. Would never recommend this to anyone. Will be taking this to social media

The food is good but even after the order is prepared it takes at least 10-15 min for someone to pickit up. Store Phone is switched off. Not happy with delivery. I stay just 2 min from the store but have to wait around 20-25 min just for the delivery.

This is about the last two experience I had with Mcdonald Ashok Nagar. In both occasions the delivery time was delayed by two hours. This is third grade service from a multi national food restaurant. The staff are horrible in this branch and there is noproper expectation, delayed delivery, shortage of food. This is been ongoing for a long time now. I have been regular for many years but the service is degrading like anything. I fed up of this and decided not to place any order in the future.

Phone switched off most of the time. Cannot contact the store for any update re order. Order taken readily after that store doesn't want to respond, my money gone! Second experience even worse. 30 minutes waiting for order to arrive on 24/10/2021. As usual no call. Sent mail to the mail id given in response to earlier review which stated my grievance would be immediately attended to! I doubt if anyone reads such mails. Sad situation for an international chain , seem to have got too indianised

The food was not like usual. The order was really delayed but they would not pick up the call or give any kind of response. Also the app will show you have offers but they will vanish once the payment is done. Very bad experience.

This is very disappointing! Once the order is placed your calls are ignored and the delivery takes like a decade!! It says the rider's on his way since 30 mins... The distance being only 5 min far... Very poor... Very unexpected... Successfully ruined my surprise... 😔👍

My experience so far has not been great. Off late the delivery service had gone down each time, the desserts and cold drink was found leaking so many times which led to the tearing of the entire package. And esp for chilled beverage like cold drink, there would not be proper packaging, anytime we call up the store and they would bluntly say that the store would replace it.
