I have more than a hundred apps. This dumb thing constantly in the background checking the privacy settings of these apps and raising one alert per app that says that THE APP IS NO THREAT. It loops through and then starts again so it's always raising alerts. THIS is what T-Mobile offer as privacy protection. This doesn't even scan for malware, viruses, or other such vulnerabilities. Almost useless. Uninstalling.

Ok, I am being generous w/a 3 star rating. I'm very frustrated that every time I check my tablet for the McAfee widget, I get a stupid message saying that if I would like to use the widget feature I must first enable accessibility! EVERYDAY! Every single day. And forget about being able to use it on my cell phone, it keeps telling me that the app needs to close. A malfunction or some stupid message. What the heck is wrong with this app?! I upgraded to premium and get headaches in return!

Can't use. Endless loop if trying to log in to my account online and changing my password because the app continuously says my password is incorrect. Once in my account online, i can downlowd, but its a different size than the play store. Asks for a 6 digit mcafee pin in app to sign in but the last pin it gave me was 12 digits. Redirects me back to reset my password and i can be logged in the browser right after i change my password, reinstall through google play...password is wrong. No more!

Well I got my phone about a week ago and have been using it constantly. But everything I go to start up the app it tells me something went wrong to try again later. The app has been broken since day one and I haven't been able to use it and have to resort to using another anti virus security app since this one is broken and refuses to work.

So update, so far I am happy with the 2 year protection given to me from Tmobile. The app found a threat and got rid of it. The reason for the 4 star's instead of 5 was that it was a little tricky getting it set up. I had to call McAfee customer support to get my log in set up. I'm really nervous with this data breach due to the sensitive info that our phone companies hold. I also have Life Lock and recomend if you can afford it to get it (double up). McAfee also gives me 2 years ID protection.

Horrid! Horrific! Miserable! This app doesn't work at all! When I tried to call customer support they had no idea what I was taking about. Every time I open the app it tells me that something went wrong and it closes the app. Can't believe that this is a forced app as it DOESN'T work. I wish I could pay a screen shot to show what I'm experiencing.

Unusable .. app is forced installed on my cellphone yet I can't activate it as the app says I'm not a TMO customer. Additionally, support had no clue what I was talking about. I've now tried 4 times over 3 months and still nothing. If you can't get your apps to work after pushing to customer phones then why push them at all? Either fix, unlock or remove

Seems to work pretty well. I just always find these apps confusing. With regard to what they do, how to use them correctly, and what they find. As far as recommendation, I wouldn't recommend but I also wouldn't recommend against. I am not an authority on these types of apps.

This app won't work. Everytime I try to open it it says it's not available to try again later. I have McAfee on my computer and had it put on my old phone when I was with Verizon. When I switched to T-Mobile This app won't work. I don't have wifi where I'm living at the moment could this be what's causing the problem?

I added this because t-mobile said there was a breach and offered two years free. I received an alert about my phone number. I can't see it in the app and was directed to the website. My password doesn't work, but it acknowledges I have an account. I put in my email to reset the password and no email arrives. Yes, I checked the spam folder. Nothing.
