I can't use this app after I update my phone because I work abroad and to login again I have to fill up lots of forms, I don't have time to fill up. If you can send opt to our Gmail then it would be very convenient like Bhutan national Bank.

I recently updated the app. But now when I try to open the app, it opens for a few seconds and automatically closes by itself. In that case how can one use the app during payment which cannot be reliable. BoB please kindly look into this issue.

UNTILL UPDATE WAS CONVENIENT After updating i could not use the apps now. It goes off when ever I try to log in and use it. Is it the problem with your new version or my phone. Till now I have been using the same phone. Customer care was not responding our call. USELESS CUSTOMER CARE.

When we are short of time say during shopping, “Scan and pay” is the solution. But when it need the most it failed to work. So we have to manually pay through inputting the correct given account number which is quite irritating.
