The content is amazing and inspiring and can be watched online or in the app seamlessly. The app layout and search is well done. I have certainly received more value in learning from these incredible people than the cost of the yearly subscription.

The content is great. The app has poor functionality. I have to stumble around to find what I'm looking for. They keep showing you featured instead of "my list." Also, when I've completed a course, it's still saying incomplete. Also, the course needs to be optimized for folks who listen in the car. Having typed subtitles does not help for car listeners.

I recently bought this and was enjoying it till yesterday. This app has quite a few renowned masters sharing their wisdom. But when your video stops every few seconds, it's frustrating. And it's been going on with different wi-fi & 4g networks for the last 24 hours. And to top it off, I can't save videos on my phone (unlike iOS). Dear support people, could you resolve this issue as well as provide android devices the download option. Thanks

I think the app could work a little more on improving the user experience to make the flow of how the app is used a little better but overall, I am really enjoying my experience so far, started off with Dominque Ansel's class and now I am excited about all things pastry!

I'm not sure what more there is to say about MasterClass. It was gifted to me by some wonderful people last Christmas. Since then, my wife and I have gifted it many times to people we love. It feeds my passion for storytelling and self-improvement. This is an invaluable resource in a time worshipping economy. I can digest hard lessons in car ride to Home Depot and practice when I get home. I'll subscribe again come December.

Most of the instructors don't really teach per se, moreso inspire & use examples from their own work to point out what to, or not to, do. These courses are expensive so I had hoped for some more concrete guidance in some classes. Others are great, like Margaret Atwood. You can tell she put time into her course & succinctly conveys her points. While others like Sedaris & Sorkin spend a great deal of time to convey a point. Unless you have time to watch many, the cost may not equal the value.
