Its not loading, I tried on different devices, not working. I booked off-peak treatment to get the urban hero pro discount, it didn't work either. Finally it worked on the website only, but later on I couldn't access my booking there either. I clicked on the chat section, it has been cancelled , though its 7pm and someone should be available till 10pm....Frustrating, and its not the 1st time. Needs lot of improvement 👎. I wanted to text to my therapist for the treatment, but I am unable 🤷♀️

Can't connect - keeps saying 'Somethings gone wrong. Please check your Internet connection'. The only thing that has gone wrong is this App!!! Despite so many users reporting the same issue your developers seem to be doing nothing to resolve it. Bit pathetic really as the app is excellent - I used it some time ago on another device - but for now it's not even a 1 star (can't give a zero rating otherwise I would)!

Buggy. Kept saying something is wrong. Check internet connection. But none of the other apps have the problem. Also reset password doesn't work. But won't let you check out all a guest.

Urban has not only increased their prices they have also reduced the rewards for referring someone. Used to be £30 now its down to £20. They are becoming more stingy day by day. Not worth it anymore, will be uninstalling and not recommending to anyone.

App isn't working properly. Can't book as a guest and the change password functionality isn't working. Can only log in by connecting via Facebook.... Devs, please look into this!

The app just works, but it has some weird quirks and also if you enabling some tracking / telemetry blocker, the app gets stuck and unresponsive. Very professional therapists.

Been using this app since 2019 and I love the idea and the service the app provides, its so convenient and well priced. But what is not getting this to 5* is the fact that the platform failed in two significant ways: 1 - trying to tip the masseur 2 - leaving a review Both the above are detrimental to the lovely and talented people that rely on this means of getting customers and as a user I felt it was a waste of my time writing a nice review then not be able to publish.
