Best app for pain. Honestly think the fee on exporting reports is a bit much since we paid for the app. Other than that I do wish the devs would include sliders for pain for each condition (pain center). Needing to just put a global pain doesn't really give info as to how much a body part is hurting.

Love this app. I automatically bought the 3.99 version. If you have pain, it is comforting because the app asks you how your day was and your pain locations, levels and what you did that day. It's a good reminder and very comforting. And super helpful for when you need recollection of your history.

This app is awesome. It's easy to use, and is customisable to match most of our needs. It's a great app for recording what we're going through in our lives, and even useful for helping our doctors and related people help us, by checking out the trends etc... Another great use for this app is that for those of us who have injuries that happened at work, or other places where we may be taking legal action, have insurance claims, and so forth, we can show a trend or other information this app records, and use the data to help prove our case. I actually haven't used this app for a while, as with chronic pain, comes depression, even to chronic depression. I'm pretty lazy these days, and tend to put things off till tomorrow, then when I end up remembering, it's been a few weeks, or more. Today I started to use it again, and realise that it's easier than I remember. I have noticed that some meds we have here in Australia, aren't in the database, and I'd love to have an option when adding, or editing a med, to have a button that reports the drug to you, and maybe an option to include a website, so you can check it out, and add it to the database. Another thing that would be nice is if this app could sync with other apps, and trackers, such as Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Hydrate Spark, Accu-Chek etc... that way, it can automatically add the synced information into our daily records. I have a few more ideas, but some may not be suitable for a review. I highly recommend this app to everyone who has a need for such an app, even to some who may not know they need such an app, it's an awesome app, and is very useful. Keep up the excellent work...

Really easy to customize options and see an overview of issues. My Dr cant accept messages from the app, but everything works flawlessly. When i do go see my Dr, it's really easy for us to go over everything. with notes, it's easy to say why i had a bad day or what might have triggered a bad episode. I can even put in pain meds and how much. I love this app. My Dr loves this app.
