    Blake M

Very comprehensive. Helps me see what I did get through and has helped me notice trends and triggers to my illnesses. The only thing I dislike is that it is nearly TOO comprehensive and makes it overwhelming to check in sometimes

  2. Amanda Bergenholtz-avatar

    Amanda Bergenholtz

My doctors always tell my to journal my pain. I always do for a week and then forget. This app is perfect because it reminds me and my phone is always on me!

  3. Jo Flanagan-avatar

    Jo Flanagan

Easy to use. Very easy to add your own categories and edit out ones that aren't needed. Good way of tracking pain and triggers

  4. Dharmendra Parmar-avatar

    Dharmendra Parmar

Very good Pain diary...helps to develop insight into pain patterns & also helps behavioral modification accordingly, Highly recommended for patients suffering from chronic, recurrent pains.

  5. Neurotic Guinea Pig-avatar

    Neurotic Guinea Pig

I've only been using it for a couple days but I love the adjustability of the app how I can add in things that fit with my specific disability. I also like how you can adjust what's on the chart so you know kind of what it's charting which is also very cool. I would recommend this app to anyone who is dealing with pain on a regular basis and or is diagnosed with a pain condition like myself.

  6. Amy MacDonald-avatar

    Amy MacDonald

Easy to use, and I like that it reminds you to make a daily entry. There are still some things I would recommend adding/tweaking, like the effectiveness scale. Instead of -worked 100% - no change -worse- I think it should be a slider scale. Lots of time the edge gets taken off with meds, but it rarely fully eradicates the pain or associated symptom. Will continue to use :)

  7. Ms Tassamo-avatar

    Ms Tassamo

One of the best pain trackers available. Easy to add or modify entries. The only complaint I have is for effectiveness of medicine it is a yes or no answer if helpful, being able to indicate it helped but only some, would be better. As it is, a yes answer makes it look like your medicine always works which is very misleading.

  8. kitten catgrace-avatar

I tried every app of this sort, and this is the only one worth using! It comes with presets, you don't have to manually input each symptom you have. I'm finding it much easier to make note of my pain using this app, because of how straight forward it is. I don't have to remember everything, just tick off what's happening. It's also good at guilt tripping me into more excercise. I'm beginning to feel like the app is holding me accountable, which is exactly what I need. So thank you.

  9. Magenta Polkadots-avatar

    Magenta Polkadots

Very easy to use. I can quickly log for multiple pain sites. Customizable for additional meds, pain sites, activities, etc. Love how quickly I can log. Haven't used the reports feature yet. I wish it had the ability to link a photo to the logs so I could snap a picture of hand colored pain diagrams that I also use. Otherwise, perfect!

  10. Jennifer Gray-avatar

I've been using the free for about a week. First few entries I missed a few things. Doesn't appear you can go back and update or edit a day. You can add and create under catagories. If you medicine is not in the list you can email them and they respond quickly. I'm thinking of paying the $3 to upgrade.
