There is one gentleman who works at the Makro location named Tar. Very helpful and Professional. Why i am giving this app 5 stars. Buriram location delivery is very fast. If you need to refund any items, go into location and do it in person. Bug Fix: newest update. Butcher section is not showing all items, will stop using this app until search feature works again.

Low service and delivery quality. Never be on time as they say. It sucks like hell when talking about Makro service. Although they charge us 60 baht for delivery fees, they never deliver goods until we call them.

Delivery day not according to confirmation at the time when order. Simple groceries can not be delivered on time. Better go to the shop as they carge delivery and don't deliver on time.

Low service level . Do not have comitment of delivery. Delay delivery products once cancle due to late delivery still charge delivery free. Not recommended.
