I am 72 yrs old. I created a new email address because the system said that my email was invalid. After successfully creating a new Gmail account. Your app is still giving me an error message that my email is invalid. I tried sending out emails and it's working perfectly fine. I hope you fix your system, so people like me will not have a hard time registering. I badly needed the ayuda but this app is hindering me from receiving help from the government. This is heart breaking.

Upon application for my sister, it tells "Sorry, but the same information you have has already applied to this program" but we haven't got a prompt that her application has been successfully submitted. We're afraid that her details has been used by others! Or maybe just an issue of your system. Is there any other way to track an application for those who has no application number?

Got several errors, unable to connect to server, mobile and/or email already used when you're trying to register. Despite using different numbers and email addresses, you still get the same message. Been helping my dad to register for HOURS so he can apply for a makatizen card but to no avail. PLEASE FIX THESE ERRORS. Tnx

When I try to register first, after filling up all the boxes and proceeding to the next, it takes a lot of loading time. After that it says that it cannot connect to the server, after trying to proceed again it says the mobile no has been already taken or the email address has been already taken.

Worthless App. Makati is making it mandatory to register to this app to get your Makati benefits, but you are blocking the registration process with errors (can't connect to the server). Clearly a tactic to dissuade people in getting their assistance from Makati LGU. You should not make it a requirement to use this app if this is broken.

The app doesn't seem to work properly at all. Whenever I try to register, it keeps prompting either e-mail or mobile number is already taken, which is impossible since it's the first time I'm using the app. What's funny is that I have never applied/registered for a Makatizen account elsewhere until now.
