Terrible I bought the LED strip that was supposed to work with the app but everytime I wanted to do anything this at all with color or anything else. The app would decide to disconnect and not work. I would have to restart my phone then open the app again and try to connect. Very bad oversight of when trying to connect it never does the first time.

Item as described, great product with a fantastic app interface that makes this item super easy to use, there is not one fault I could find at all, delivery/price/quality/customer service was all of a very very high standard. We will most certainly be using this seller again in the future. Was working perfectly fine for like a year almost. Then for somereason it says my lights are "offline" when they aren't and evem after resetting the lights theyre impossible to reconnect again. It always suggest i turn bluetooth on but even so it doesn't fix the issue. The lights don't appear when i go to my wifi settings either. I can use my lights fine with the remote they came with but i cant use it with my phone and i had custom colors set up on there so this is pretty upsetting.

WAY too many persimmons required. I would have never bought this bulb if I'd know that to get it to function properly it needs an unnecessary amount of info about you. Device Location, WiFi Password and Bluetooth. You may as well give them your social security number.

App & bulbs NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WIFI-6 OR MESH NETWORKS. Company lies on its App & Amazon store about compatibility. App CAN NOT locate or connect to bulbs on anything but an isolated 2.4ghz network & your device must remain on the same 2.4ghz network or the bulbs freak out & disconnect! So you either dump this garbage App & the bulbs OR you stay stuck on the slowest available, 20 year old wireless coneection, for your devices. THOSE are the 2 options given per Customer Support. Really?!

Awful! I've created an account, tried to connect with both Alexa and Google home. When I get to the third party magic home sign in, it tells me either "can't find account" or " invalid account/no account name". I have typed email and password a dozen times, nothing is spelled incorrectly. I have also never received any emails from magic home, for either authencating a new account or for any thing else... very strange.

It works well and I am happy about it. But I am really irritated by the fact that whenever you open this specific app Bluetooth is forcefully turned on. I checked the app but there aren't any specific settings to disable auto-turn on. Can devs update the app so that we have option to turn location/Bluetooth on and off on our own?

Update- Previous issue is no longer there but after the recent update, the app always requires Bluetooth on rather han just wifi. I personally dislike always having Bluetooth on because it drains the battery, so having to remind myself to turn it off is frustrating. OG-Does not let me connect my device to the wifi so after replacing it, it began working but now the lights turn off and back on by themselves while it takes the app 5 seconds for the lights to change after already clicking the color

False advertising. As stated below, unless you are willing to downgrade your entire setup to 2.4, dump this and switch to tuya. Have been trying for weeks to connect to Google home with nothing.

Current app version and firmware update rendered ALL LED strip lights unusable via the app. Already restarted smart device, LED device AND modem/router multiple times. Back to using the less convenient remote.
