Life changing! This app is incredibly easy to use. I love that I have a real gauge on my food intake and can adjust any day's meals to accommodate eating even "unhealthy" food. Dieting has always felt like such a punishment. I'm eating better than ever and don't feel deprived. It's a bit of a pain to figure out how much of a portion I'm eating, but ultimately, this is giving me a better understanding of what I'm actually eating. I think I'll continue to use this even after I reach my goal weight

  2. Dean-avatar

Paying for the Add free version of this app with a subscription fee is so dumb. I will never pay for this. Putting a subscription fee on apps like this is so scummy, taking advantage of people trying to get healthy by overcharging them for a calculator. That's what this app is. I could do everything this app does in a spreadsheet. This is a more convenient way but is it $3 a month for the rest of my natural life convenient? No. Across the rest of my life it would cost over a $1000.

  3. Haha No-avatar

No frills, just a wonderful app that gets the job done- EDIT: Most of the time, and assuming you have an internet connection. I've found I can't edit my macros while on the subway, and that sometimes even when I have a stable connection to the internet it takes far too long to pull up my food chart. This would be remedied by not requiring the app to always be online to access your data. My review is now a 3 star, and will change to a 2 star in a year if nothing's changed.

Leaves other calorie and macro counter apps for dead. The only app I've found of it's kind also with a dark mode and the pro version is literally TEN TIMES CHEAPER than MyFitnessPal. It's only €1/month. Thank you thank you thank you for being so fair and thoughtful with this app. I'm going to recommend this to all of my poor student friends. Just please allow us the option to change the colour of fonts because in dark mode they're a bit low contrast. Specifically the pink and blue. Thanks!

  5. Davina Grant-avatar

Good app. Sets a realistic and sustainable amount of calories and gives you a breakdown of your macronutrients. Have been using this for months while transitioning from a Slimming club plan into calorie counting as I felt a bit restricted. All you need is some easy to use scales. It has helped me to lose weight and is very easy to use.

  6. Tayler Mallory-avatar

I use this app alot paired with Fooducate (an app that lets you can barcides on packaging to tell you on an A B C or D scale if it is healtby or not and why!) I shop with Fooducate and track wwhat i eat in a day with Macros. Macros allows you to log "recipes" so you dont have to scan your food everytime you eat it. It has helped me reduce my carb intake! It breask your eating habbits into Protein, Carb and Fat intake for you to track.

  7. D'Jay H-avatar

There is a bug in your app. I have completed the target for the daily macros but still it shows few calories pending . How is that possible? Seems to be some error in calculation in the backend.

  8. John Viola-avatar

Great app for me; Pro's: very intuitive, quick, easy to add to, big library, bar code reader, recipe maker, online data storage. Con's: a bit daunting starting out like a blank canvas but given a bit of time it gets so easy, don't assume every library entry is exactly correct.

  9. Ahron Balsam-avatar

This app gives me insights for free that other apps only give in their paid versions. This is the only tool I needed to track what I ate and lose weight. Update: After the chrome 79 bug nuked my data, the app's built in data backup (free) saved the day! Thanks.

  10. Nadia Santucci-avatar

Good app, has all the basics covered. Simple to use and easy to customise for your own macros. Ways to improve: Have a profile/netwerk so you can add friends and share recipes, I have to add the recipe on each device at home currently. Also to connect with other apps like Garmin so I can track my weight.

  11. raj shah-avatar

Awesome! Much better than other counter apps out there. Good mix of features. Only drawback is that it needs a strong internet connection to work.

  12. SP3SCHUL CLINGER-avatar

Amazing app! Developers thought of everything. I love that you can copy full days of a meal plan or individual meals, add recipes as a single item or as individual ingredients and view ingredients of recipes on your daily log.

  13. Jelena Fedorov-avatar

App was pret good until today I found out all my recipes are gone. I have use it for 5monts , not a single problem. Thanks for free usage. But this is not nice.

  14. Alex B-avatar

One day of using it, pretty good app. Only knocking one star because the ad placements hide the Save button, so I wasted some time when I lost data I entered. I still miss seeing the Save button on some screens. My suggestion is move the ads, or move the save button. My workaround is buying a subscription to the app. Nice job.

  15. Rheanne Millette-avatar

    Rheanne Millette

Had been using this about 2 months with all my info, recipes, food, and workouts saved. It just reset everything one night and now all my data is gone and I have to start over again.

  16. Eve YU-avatar

Easy to use, intuitive, exactly what i am looking for! Highly customisable.

  17. Tim Perdue-avatar

Slightly cluttered, but a very goog app once you learn it. Nice customization abilities. Considering upgrading to the monthly plan

  18. Frances Hines-avatar

Easy to use, finds food easily, remembers your food. I emailed the contact/company once - great support! Got back to me right away with help.

  19. Rachel Phillips-avatar

    Rachel Phillips

I have used this app for a while and find it very helpful in my weight loss journey. Although over the last couple of months the app has been losing/deleting all my saved foods and I cannot figure out why. It makes it difficult as I have to put in all the data again.

  20. Scott Johnson-avatar

Food entry is a joke - barcode and online searching doesn't work and you want us to buy the ad free version. Uninstalled.

  21. Jason Strange-avatar

I lost 50 pounds using this app over 18 months. If you put the time in, this app works where standard calorie counters fail.

  22. Guy Or-avatar

Really great App but -1 for making this subscription based. Would love to just buy 1 time cause it's not worth the cost of the subscription

  23. Oponce Ponce-avatar

Every helpful app. I really like it!! 👍👍👍

  24. AnnM N-avatar

Lost 42 lbs in 5 months with this app then I switched to MyFitnessPal and have lost 0 lbs in the last 10 months. I am back to using 'Macros' app again.

  25. Lauren Chase-avatar

It's great until one day all my data disappeared..

Created a recipe and all the ingredient nutrition values were set to 0. This app does not work

  28. Freddy Sebastian Zabala-avatar

    Freddy Sebastian Zabala

This App is so good, for your different activities.

  29. Jonathan Ward-avatar

For what it does, it does it better than myfitness pal (free version)

  30. Kerlin Remmel-avatar

UPDATE: I still kept using the app until now to give it some time to improve. But when trying to open it today, all my personal data and dietary information was just gone. So, a few years worth of information had been wiped off. So, enough is enough. App is great, but since the last update it always has to be online now whenever you're trying to use it. I can't even see my daily menu without being connected to internet. So, no use for me anymore. Moving on!

  31. Gary Campbell-avatar

First day takes a minute to get started but then it get easier and easier.

  32. Stephanie Arnold-avatar

    Stephanie Arnold

I just started it just now and so far it's self-explanatory it's easy to understand but I wish people would put more stuff out there for women going through menopause and trying to maintain a healthy weight or trying to lose weight I appreciate all the information that they do offer like about my calorie intake exercise meal planning it's very thorough check it out that's my review

  33. Joy L Thorpe-avatar

This is a good tracking app, pretty intuitive. The only thing it lacks as far as I can tell, is the ability to adjust unit measurements when logging, particularly for recipe building. I don't use one serving of an ingredient when making a meal, so I have to check how many servings are in the box/jar etc and log that many servings. A little tedious.

  34. Lachlan RPK-avatar

Great app for tracking Protein, Water intake and calories. But should be able to swipe right 👉 and left 👈 to be able to switch tabs. Would make it alot easier to use. Keep up the great work though!

  35. Elijah Buscher-avatar

I love this app. It's not the greatest out there but it's the best free app for sure. Myfitnesspal is probably the best but to get the full experience and information you need to buy their plus version. This has everything you need for free like barcode scanner, macro counting, calorie info, goal setting etc. It's great and I would highly recommend.

  36. Anthony Galenzoga-avatar

    Anthony Galenzoga

LOVE THIS APP! I honestly don't know why this app doesn't get mentioned on fitness videos on YT (they all talk about myfitnesspal). I think this app is so MUCH BETTER than MFP. Its user friendly and as a non-paying user, I believe I have access to a lot of its functionality that I need. I might actually consider paying for this!

  37. Naitsirk47-avatar

This app is simple to use & yet with all the complexity I need. It lets you scan the barcode of your foods & adds them to the list to be used another day, nothing awkward about it. I don't usually rate anything as I haven't got the time or patience but I had to give this a five star as I'm so impressed with it! I do many fitness activities: weights, cardio, rock climbing etc. I have a specially formulated diet which can change depending on whether I'm bulking muscle, maintaining or shredding fat.

  38. Blake Rienbaugh-avatar

    Blake Rienbaugh

This app is almost useless without API calls to a food database, which i would gladly pay for. You have to enter all of your macros. Seriously...what? There are tons of free access to nutritional databases out there and you cant integrate 1? Second is your macro calculations are too general. Im a 6ft 6, 265lb athlete. 192G of protein is not enough. Add an option for gaining muscle, not just weight and burning fat, not losing weight. Also, recipe API. Use a db that stores all users recipes

  39. Igor Martire-avatar

I like how straightforward the design is. I've been using it consistently for a few months now. Just one feature that I'd like to request: support renaming foods. Currently if I want to rename I have to delete and recreate it with a different name. Other than that, 5 stars!

👍🙋‍♀️❤Great Free Tracker! for Keto Macros

  41. Redlegs0351-avatar

Works well. You have to input all the food the first time you use it. Once you are up and running it becomes faster/easier.

  42. Rukaroa Itsumi-avatar

Good functionality in a minimalist style. One thing that would be nice is the ability to change the units of food found in the library without having to make a new entry. Ex: 3 oz, change to grams and it would auto convert to the appropriate amount.

  43. Mimi Bobeck-avatar

Still a great app but I did notice some mathematical errors when calculating calories. 1g of proteins and 1g of carbohydrates = 4 calories each; 1g fat = 9 calories. Sometimes, it was the wrong calorie total. Maybe because I edited macros and calories did not follow????

  44. Natalie Leggett-avatar

    Natalie Leggett

Good app. I realised I wasn't eating anywhere near enough protein etc so has been great for tracking. However I think visually it could be set out a little clearer to look at? Is there a reminder to add foods? I can't seem to find anything?

  45. Amber Larimore-avatar

I love this app bc it is easy to use, and the best part, it's free! Let's you track your numbers down to the exact gram. Unlike myfitness pal, where you have to pay for the premium package in order to track your exact grams. All in all this is the perfect app for tracking those macros!

  46. Julie Perez-avatar

I've used fitness pal for years and never really liked it. Found this one and I LOVE IT! I can edit my food to get exact macros as on the label. It's simple and love the layout that tells me how much each meal was. Perfrct app so far. Thank you!

  47. Kelvin Zapata-avatar

Would be nice and maybe even a 5 star review if they fixed the search function. Everytime I search food, I have to type the food first then select search "public library" If I select "library" first and then type the food, the tab changes back to "my foods" by itself.

  48. Lexie Gable-avatar

Waste of time! Barcode scanner does not put in nutritional info! You scan the barcode and then it tells you you have to manually put in every single macro item value. There is no existing database of foods. Not at all what I was hoping for.

  49. Graciela Carrillo-avatar

    Graciela Carrillo

Downloaded today and it was fast and easy to set up. There's quite a few items I couldn't find on the database (I'm in Scotland) but it's very easy to set up your own foods and it also makes me feel like I'm contributing at the same time for other people to find the items when needed. Only thing I'd love is the option of "Gain muscle" . Cause I don't want to lose nor gain weight alone. I understand there's a certain adjustment to your protein intake when you're trying to gain muscle. However, I've already worked out my macros using other sources and know how much protein per day I need so it's not a problem at all.. But it would be grand to include this option and calculation within the app. Kudos to the developer. Will be sticking around and using this. Will update in case of any problem. Cheers! Your app will help me lots.

  50. Carrie Franklin-avatar

    Carrie Franklin

I like how easy, adaptable, and user friendly this app is! I would love it, however, if it had an option to track a second profile And a recipie calculator to add homemade recipes. I love that you can add them in after calculating the recipe in a different app, but it would be better if I didn't have to switch apps. Otherwise, it is a great app!! :)

  51. Doris Žibert-avatar

I absolutely love this app. I would love to see other drink options apart from water that can be added in the daily liquid intake AND what needs to be changed is that when I change my weight and/or diet type, it does not apply for the previous time (since the beginning of use) but from that day onwards. That way I would be able to track my progress, and the lack of that is the reason for 4 and not 5 stars (hopefully just for now) :)

  52. Krysta Beggs-McCormick-avatar

    Krysta Beggs-McCormick

Was working really well then when I went in to track my foods for the day all of my foods and recipes had disappeared! Very annoyed as it had taken ages to add all foods and to be honest I dont want to go through it incase it deletes them all again. Disappointed.

  53. A Google user-avatar

Aesthetic but frustrating. I love how it looks, but barcode scanning still needs a lot of work. As well as, all foods have different measurements, so if I want to measure mine in grams as opposed to cups, I have to do the math for how many calories a certain amount of grams will have. While the freedom in nice for when the measurement is incorrect to start with, it's not worth the time if I have to calculate all the unit conversions myself. So I can't say I'm loving this app.

  54. Juan Alcantara-avatar

I tried a few different calorie / macro apps but this one was by far my favourite. I loved the simplicity of it and the easy to use interface. It's really enjoyable to use compared to the other ones I tried. I'm also very surprised at the amount of foods and brands you can find on here but it's so easy to add your own foods if you can't find it on the database. The contact support is also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this app. I also just upgraded to pro to allow me more flexibility for my specific fitness goals. The pro version allows you to plan your macros according to your specific fitness goals so very excited for that. Lastly the cost for pro is very competitive and reasonable so this app is second to none in my opinion.

  55. Ronn Harrison-avatar

it's a pretty awesome app, sufficiently accurate for the most part. A major drawback is that weight training or calisthenics are not part of the available exercise list.

  56. Boris Chumichev-avatar

    Boris Chumichev

I use this app every day now. Used FatSecret and Lifesum before but this app beats them in terms of usability. First time in my life I'm that consistent in tracking what I eat and how much water I take during the day. Thanks for the great app!

  57. Adam Allustiarti-avatar

    Adam Allustiarti

Fantastic app Would like options for GUI (hide meal macros, themes, etc). For a 6 year macro tracker who has been chained to MFP this is a fantastic and inexpensive alternative. Accurate and simple but powerful. Plus is worth it

  58. Richard Lahey-avatar

I love this app, don't waste your time with MyFitnessPal they won't even let you enter in your own foods and track your calories/macros (the only thing your using it for) unless you agree to give them 12 bucks a month every month and that's only after you spend all your time entering in your information. Great ap and it's free! What more can I say, I also like this set up better over other ones. Thanks!!!

  59. Javyn Landscaping-avatar

    Javyn Landscaping

Amazing App! I was getting so sick & tired of all these other apps charging to count macros. I'm just a regular guy that wanted to get my health back in gear not a competitor or a major athlete. I understand if they need more customization but not normal people trying to get in shape although it's amazing for intense athletes too! The ads are not intrusive at all. Love this app! Thanks guys! I will come back & change my rating if you start making huge ads pop up in my face. keep it the same

  60. Glenis Green-avatar

This app is awesome! Very simple to add foods. I'm glad I didn't go with the negative reviews. If you haven't used a food tracker before they are all tedious to start with and this app makes it simple. I did learn a few things by reading the reviews that helped figure a couple of things out. Definitely worth a try and great for watching your macros. I just wish I could lower my daily calorie intake. Other than that I am very happy to have this great tool. Thanks!

  61. Deonizia Egan-avatar

I like the look and feel of the app, but I am giving it three stars for a few reasons:. 1. you can't sych with any work out app to add physical activity automatically. 2. you can't add friends who also use the app. 3. even though I click in the library to find something, when I start entering in the search bar, it automatically switches back to "my foods".

  62. Wei Meng Goh-avatar

Good apps, except 3 things (1) Even better if it is available on cloud/web version. So that keying in the food list/recipe won't be so painful if done from phone as we can do from web via laptop/desktop. It's also handy when we are googling out recipes and we can already enter upfront and know the macronutrients before the day we consume the food. Also, if partners and family members are using the app, we can easily sync over the food list to another devices as most of the time we are eating the same thing. Having to enter the food list/recipe twice or more due to multiple devices indeed too painful and tedious to do. (2) The calculation of the calories if done manually is always different per what is shown on the app. Carbsx4 + Proteinx4 + Fatx9 shown on the app is always few calories lesser than actual value. I believe there is some defects here. (3) It would crash half way entering ingredients into the recipe or doing a new food item. Other than this, everything is perfect!

  63. john doe-avatar

Simple way to input foods and it counts your fat, carb and protein in take. You set up where you physically are and where you physically want to be and it sets a guide line. Very simple and user friendly. You can definitely dial in your diet with ease. I'm on day four, had zero clue what macros were now I'm dialed in. If you stick to it it works!!! I've lost 7 lbs so far.

  64. Trudy Conway-avatar

So far, I like it. It's has most of the same features of other apps that are too "busy" for me. I love that I can chose between using this as just a calorie tracker (my preference) or a meal planner. I do want to mention that when I went to the website listed on this app store page, I couldn't view anything without getting an annoying demand to download some kind of extension. I just exited the page and won't go back there. Seemed sketchy.

  65. Jeff Kipe-avatar

I've been using this app for 1 week. So far the only thing I wish was trackable is my weight! I used another app that didn't allow me to log anything w/o a bun.

  66. Kyle Templin-avatar

Recipes don't work. Even after saving I just get a turning wheel. Other than that it's a great app

  67. Debaj Haider-avatar

Sir, its the simplest and best app for the purpose. I just want to give some suggestions to improve it more. 1.Add Offline access to the daily data of users. As, we have to connect to Internet every time we open the app. While in other competitive apps don't have this issue. 2.Add feature for micro nutrients requirement / goal. Thanks.

  68. Shele Lippert-avatar

I kept looking for an app to help me lose weight and stay accountable... Kept coming back to this one... Now I'm trying is Keto.. Kept looking for an app that would do the math for me with net carbs... Found it in settings... Thank you to the creators for this wonderful app... Since May 1st I've lost 47 lbs!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Very easy to use! The format is easy. I like that there are different diet options to choose from, not just ketogenic- there's also balanced diet, moderate diet, fitness diet, Mediterranean diet, low fat, low carb and body builder. This app tells you what percentage of carbs, fats and proteins you should consume daily based on your goals and demographics, the amounts are also customizable. The food log is easy to use and helps you keep tract of your intake.

  70. Roosa Räty-avatar

This is way better than most paid apps! Very intuitive and easy to use. You can easily change measurement systems and choose whether you want to add ingredients my weight, volume or pieces. You see clearly what you've eaten and how much of your goal is left. You can save recipies, use the dark mode, choose meal plans... I love it!

  71. Evan Dabbs-avatar

This app has been very handy. Everything is intuitive and automatic. The features are everything you could want all with a clean, simple interface.

I wish I could use this app offline ! I didn't have internet connection and I wanted to enter what I ate on breakfast but I couldn't whereas all my food were previously added manually 😒

  73. A Google user-avatar

This is the only app I've ever gone out of my way to rate because it's literally everything I wanted in a fitness app. It can be used as a diary and meal planner, has an extremely intuitive UI, large food library plus it's easy to add custom foods. Unintrusive ads and a cheap premium option which removes ads and adds a bunch of useful functionality that most apps don't have at all.

  74. Sean Bray-avatar

I just started the keto diet and found this app when I realized the importance of keeping track of my calorie intake. This app breaks down the amount of fats, protein and carbs I am consuming. It didn't take much time to manipulate it to my desired specifications. It's easy to add foods and create meals that stay well within all parameters. Love it, thank you.

  75. Monica Starr-avatar

I use this app to track my macros. I am doing a Keto diet and all the Keto apps want money or do not have enough data, this is my favorite app. almost everything is correct and easy to add. I wish will have a graphic with monthly calories, carbs and fats and total calories from beginning of diet, the only graphic they have is weekly. However I am really happy with this app. I know how much work and money goes on making an app and is offered free. Kudos to the owner!

Recently joined my husband on the Keto diet and found it was to hard to keep track of both our meal planning in my head. I tried out a lot of different apps trying to find one that matched my needs and finally struck gold with this one. The fact that I can alter my percentages in 1% incrimints instead of in 5% is huge as I'm 4'9 and found the standard 5% carb, 25% protein, 75% fat wasn't working, adjusting it to 7% carb and 68% fat is the difference between me being able to get enough micro nutrients or not. I like how easy it is to add foods to my list and the fact that it keeps track of my water intake (something I struggle with). Great job guys! ^-^

  77. Vikki Taylor-avatar

I have to say I'm really loving this app. its even surpassing MyFitnessPal for me!!! Its really useful and easy to use. I have one suggestion, I have to change my meal names every day, is this something that can be done permanently that im just missing? or is it something that can be developed? as i find it really frustrating. Other than that i love it! well done!

  78. Samuel hawkes-avatar

Love it functionally, freezes a lot. I would have given this app 5 stars except for how often it freezes and I have to force stop it. The function is much more flexible for tracking macros if you have your own plan and just want to track, not be told what to eat. I tried several other popular apps and I couldn't enter my own macros or show macros remaining for the day. I hope they fix the freezing and I will give 5 stars for sure. Hands down best for accurately tracking macros specifically.

  79. Kamron Khannakhjavani-avatar

THE BEST. PERIOD. This is easily the best of its kind and here's why: -Focus is not just on total calories. Data on macro split is equally emphasized. -not just fat loss-centric. Can choose weight gain for us bulkers. -simple interface -non-intrusive ads -macro counts AND respective goals are displayed as a summary in top & underneath each meal. I've tried 3 others. Skip them because this one owns them all.

Best calorie counter on the play store!

I really like this app for the Ketogenic diet even more than carb manager because you can set it to calculate net carbs. It is easy to set up with personal information for an accurate macro depending in the parameters you set. Most foods are easily found in the library and if not it is easy to add a recipe to get an accurate count.

Very nice app, with all the core functionality and not a lot of stupid stuff. Reasonable one time cost for pro mode. Great rate of development - more than half of my personal wish list was addressed in the last year. Loses connection sometimes and app needs to be restarted; will update to 5 stars when that is addressed. Adding an offline mode would be gravy on top of that :)

meh tracker, ugh adds. The public search function for foods is a plus. The pre sets for common diet plans, like Atkins or Keto, is nice. but the adds at the bottom of the app will frequently lock which locks up the entire app, or causes the app to crash frequently. it's very annoying. so, be prepared to buy this app to eliminate that, or deal with the annoyance of frequent locks and crashes.

looks great but i can not see past my first entry......

Huge ads. Can't even edit calories or macros in any way without paying monthly. Utterly useless for anyone doing any kind of dieting or training unless you want to take their generalised suggestions and goals over what you know yourself. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Chronometer and MFP both at least allow you to change your calories and macro intake. This is a fundamental part of logging activity. So this app is utterly useless.

For well over a week this app worked great. They have an amazing library of food and it was easy and intuitive to set up and use. Got me hooked. Which is why it it so maddening and disappointing when it started glitching. It started to struggle the more info you added and now it just shuts down or freezes when I open it. Biggest disappointment is all the recipes and meal data I inputted that I will have to transfer to a new app! Frustrating!

Professional looking app. Meal planning and food library/database creation is awesome! Very user friendly and ads are not invasive like the other apps I tried. Perfect for my workout and diet routine. UPDATE: Had to deduct one 🌟 because one entry I created keeps reverting back the incorrect one that I have now tried correcting for the 5th or 6th time - I lost count.

Clean. Simple. Easy to use with minimal ads, but fairly buggy. Main complaint is that it frequently refuses to let you view or edit your log due to "no internet connection," even when solidly connected to WiFi. It also freezes and has to be restarted every other time I attempt to use it.

good enough but the inability to adjust BMI and other measurements is annoying. The bigger issue is why the app always forgets what foods and meals I added in. Everything from the barcode to the name and macros, once written in, disappear from the app in a week or so. Unless it can actually save them without losing them I can't recommend this

I really like this app. It's some work to enter your foods and recipes, however the public list of foods makes the task easier. Also has water consumption and exercise tracking. Just starting to get it set up but I think it's going to be better. I've been using this app for couple of weeks now and I decided to register it.

This is the best app I have found for the Keto Diet. It lets you change the ratio of macros on the free version, something that many of the alternatives do not. The only drawback is the reliability of the data ... However you can edit quite easily so i have merely checked all of the food stuffs that I use regularly so that I know it is accurate - bit of a faff for the first couple of weeks but a lot easier the longer I use it .

I had an issue with the app in that it deleted all of my history and I posted a one star rating on here. Without an hour the developer contacted me and fixed the issue. All of my data was restored. I am now rating this 5 stars for service. Amazing. The app itself has also bee great. Very easy to use. Very easy to set up. I would recommend it to anyone interested in tracking macros.

love it but crashes! I decided to go pro since it's not expensive and I wanted to add manually my macros. it doesn't have a huge database but I like it and it's simple and easy to use. I have created recipes and I love it but it does keep closing itself please fix this!

  94. Angela KE-avatar

It is a really useful tool, but it crashes all the flipping time. I wish it had a weight tracker and when one recalculates macros that is wouldn't apply those new figures to the past to allow for better comparison re: how different macros impacted goals. I'd like to set my own calorie measure. The system generated one is pretty high.

Stupid design, doesn't track WHEN food is eaten, just that you had meals. So a) it can't do anything like plotting glycaemic load throughout the day, and b) if you eat something extra like a snack, you have to add it to a meal, not as its own thing. Also forces you to particular targets they you might not agree with. Developers response to this missed the point, by the way.

Before installing this, I had read the reviews of people saying, "this is exactly what I was looking for," and now I'm one of them. It's simple, but very comprehensive, exactly what I wanted. Similar apps have awful reviews I was scared to try. Small occasional banner ad, not too intrusive. It's great!! Just precisely what I wanted.

  97. amine touzani-avatar

i'd recommend this app to anyone looking for something simple and minimalistic to keep track of your macros, the addition of certain minerals and vitamins is a nice plus. ps: you do need to input the values for each macro in the food you consume yourself, which might come as a negative to some but it was exactly what i was looking for

  98. Nancy Forester-avatar

I have this app for over a year and i used to love it because gives you the different diet choices combined with your activity level. However, since the new upgrade it consistantly freezes and deletes my foods making it useless. I hope they fix the problem soon or I start using the one with my Fitbit.

  99. June Stafford-avatar

I love this app! It works great on my Samsung Galaxy 9+, which is a HUGE plus! It makes tracking my food intake so easy! I also love that I can add my own recipes and it will figure out the carbs, (even net carbs), protein, fat and calories per portion. The only thing it doesn't do is eat your food for you! 😃

Very good app, however this is the second time this has happened now where I regularly go onto the app to find out all of my saved foods and previous history and macros of each day have miraculously disappeared and I dont know what to do, I hope someone can help to restore all my data as this is a major inconvenience
