There needs to be a way to turn off XL, LUX, Preferred (not worth it and you're screwed if you drive those) and out of state rides. For these Lyft will send your over 20 miles and pay tolls on your dime to take someone 2 miles. Not considering your gas and then penalize you if you don't want the ride. Riders will talk about what they paid and you realize you are getting a fraction of what they get. They are no longer driver friendly. This is why I will never refer anyone to drive for them.

Seems no actual way to contact anyone other than an automated chat if that. Missing funds that are owed to me that I have not cashed out on but that are not showing in the part where the money owed to me from driving is. Something seems not right. The so called help window doesn't give any option for the question or problem I need to address with the company.

I use to love this app, but then they started changing the way they apply the surge which many times let us as drivers in very bad position mostly when busy times because you can't move away otherwise you move out the surge zone, also the system doesn't give you information about the conditions in a consecutive ride, we don't know if we get a bonus o whatsoever. The droping off process takes several steps which is distracting and dangerous. I did stop driving for Lyft due to these situation.

Horrible customer service , haven't been able to ok talk to a customer service person even once on the phone. They always left me waiting after they say give me a second to check this issue out for you. Issue I was signed up with the highest weekly rate because I didn't have a idea of how much anytime miles needed and since I was told I can change weekly after a week I knew I'd be giving most of my earnings to them because of my rate plan so send numerous messages asking for help. 3 weeks goby.

The app is actually ok in my opinion but it would have been nice to have a tutorial on how to use it instead of figuring it out myself like how to sign off. Bonuses are obtainable and reasonable. I will say this much Lyft is robbing all us drivers, I have asked multiple passengers what their rate was and Lyft takes over 50% of the fare which is insane. There are WAY too many 3-5$ rides after driving 15-20 minutes to get there. No pay for cancelation and they "way bill" never works NEVER!

Since the update for Denver the app is broken. It shows busy areas when theres not. Lyft itself is also broken. When you try to talk to someone about the issues they either blow you off or close the chat. Because there is not anyone to call talk to your left to figure out problems on your own. This company and app is horrible and with each release and patch. I personally think they should be sued into obilivion for lying to both there customers and drivers daily.

This app get 1 star. It needs to be updated immediately. As a driver, I shouldn't be having problems updating my profile or cashing out. Neither should I have problem getting rides, pick up location and drop off.

Whoa, what happened the Lyft Driver app?!! Every update gets worse than the next. Error screens block UI/navigation, menu/schedule hidden in Driver mode, app freezes, wrong/slow pickup/dropoff processes, etc ... Contacted the Support team, and get the standard, "you're fault, uninstall/reintall app" nonsense ... Management clearly turns a blind eye, handing off to the laywers at the moment ... Solution is, fire the engineers and overhaul the app with Driver in mind, before someone gets hurt. :(

BAD....I have been a driver for a little over a year now. Now it says Background Monitoring Requirement, may take a few seconds. It has been over 24 hours at this point. I try to send a help plea in the app, sorry we are having difficulties try again later.....really....multi-billion dollar company, can't get some messaging down pat? So we already have a shortage of drivers, now ya have at least one more cause ya can't or won't fix the issues. No support number either??!! Wow

The app is taking away the scheduled trips ang giving it to someone else...then requesting a different trip from the same pick up point while i was already there or close. So the trick to say that goes to the driver thats the closest doesnt stand at this point.
