Used to work a couple of years ago, but not now. Does not see your bookings, you have to do check in via the link received by sms or email. Useless completely.

So many negative reviews and no response from developers! App doesn't provide or store boarding passes; passes must be called up by sms link or email. QR code or bar code on passes so small that it is difficult to scan. no flight status updates. Doesn't store bookings; must enter booking code each time (even if ticket bought with app) for check-in or to manage. Only shows departures from and arrivals to LUX.

The app is a total garbage. 1. Issues with the user sessions 2. It does not saves data between screens 3. The reset of password is useless. The new password should be active in 1 minute tops, not after 1 day. 4. Shows internal error codes that are useless to the end user. 5. No way to modify the passager data unless you start the process from zero 6. No way to add places in the plane if you forgot to do it before payment =》 start the entire process from zero

Bad user interface, bookings can't be found, bills can't be found, flight tickets can't be found, names have to be capitalized but the app is unable to capitalize them. Just to name a few design flaws. Good example of very bad programming!

Due to in-app browser fault, you are unable to load any information from Luzxair website due to the browser thinking you're a bot for using the app. EPICFAIL. Terrible coding error which should be an easy fix. Do not download app until fixed.

Likely one of the WORST apps ever! This is quite surprising, given how much wealth and talent there is in Luxembourg. Why can't your developers just copy one of the other NUMEROUS efficient airline apps that are out there? This stuff isn't rocket science, especially given that we're in the 21st century! Wake up Luxair!

Doesn't even show the time of a flight when you look in "My bookings"! Seems like zero thought was put into the UX design when building this.

The app does not store the boarding pass which makes it completely useless once you need to show it at the gate. otherwise it's ok.

It's terrible. A flight company app should be there mainly to see Tickets and check the itinerary schedule. Missing even boarding passes
