Almost a month since I hit the cash limit and still haven't received the payment that is supposed to take 7 days. I have almost hit the cash limit again except I don't receive the credit for getting the money coins. I have hit the money coins 3 times 2 times for 20 and once for the 50 . Should have hit the cap with those coins Update ** after contacting the company support there has been no change with regards to receiving the pay out. Almost a year later and still nothing. I have been at $94.32 for months now I used to always get cash coins and now they are a rarity. Yesterday I experienced to 50$ spins and got coins, but to no avail my cash balance didn't change at all. It probably would have been enough to almost cash in on the 100$ but I was not given credit. It's all a hype and chances of a payout are extremely minimal. They say you need to get 100$. Good luck!! Happened again 8/18/21. Been that long, still no credit and no response to countless emails.

Started out great, been playing for almost a year now. Got all but 1 toy prize now to be able to cash them in(been there for a long time now), got 46 Amazon cards but haven't won no more in a very long time. Just like every other money making game. Been at 97.18 for probably close to 8 months and 1 away on the collection for at least as long. I am uninstalling as I don't feel I will ever be allowed to cash out. I think those that say they have cashed out are fakes.
