I am generally happy with lucky Mobile but am totally pissed that I have paid for but not used data away from home. I kept trying to connect forever, finally after I've got it sorted. You try to get a message to them but they prefer their "check this box" chat. I was given 3gig of data free for 3mths but all of it gone cause it's over in a week. This has been so frustrating. I hate to give an unfavorable rating, but I have no other choice

Down very often for scheduled maintanence ...if it's scheduled is there a reason we are not informed ? I have lost critical and detrimental access to service passes when needed very badly and not once byor twice ... By it almost weekly to bi-weekly ... Should NOT have to depend on it if it's so often unavailable .. compinasate your customers for the inconvenience at minimum... Not to mention I register for auto top up 4 times so far and NOTHING.. JUST around and around in a loop uncompletable

I've had no problems with lucky, I think you save a lot on the pre paid pay as you go lucky plans. I use the $50 unlimited can/us plan with bonus 3g data. it's everything I need for a phone service. thanks lucky.

Lucky is a good prepaid cell provider. The prices are good and it's easy to top-up, change plans and access account information.

Best prepaid service..however I paid for extra data that was going to be added on only next billing date so I canceled it and have no idea where the money i paid went

I want to add more than 15 minutes talk time to Italy but your system will only allow 1 15 minute service pass per transaction.

this is the third time I've had to reregister for automated top ups this year alone. Lucky has no real representatives available cor customer service needs and lots of cookies, rerouting... got charged 2 bucks for nothing but found a lawyer( for what I haven't a clue). Very frustrating and has yet but again pissed me right off big time. Congratulations Lucky!
