This app has gotten worse over time !!! Pump start is so slow I can put in all my info in less than 30 seconds on the pump but here takes over a minute and a half.. DO BETTER !!

I ride with my partner in a big rig we will not go anywhere but a loves and as a women there bathroom and excellent so are the shower very friendly associates has everything you could need safe overnightparking convent to get our big rig in and out I love. Loves the app is great

They don't answer the phone, they need to extend their hours, and their program glitches if you need to change account numbers. When you attempt to call them, they're closed. Or you wait on hold and they're supposed to call back, they don't. When you finally do connect, they update your account number, then you can't log in. Then the cycle starts all over again. Extremely irritating for professional drivers that have limited time to mess around with phone calls back and forth.

This app is lacking. A regular customer cannot get credit for gas at the pump. They must scan and pay inside. Unlike other gas cards you can't put it into the system with a receipt code either. The coupons/deals are not automatically used when scanned at checkout and most clerks do not know how to adjust for them properly. Love's needs to update their app for my continued services and money.

Loves is under the mistaken impression that when we're traveling we carry our phones everywhere that could not be furthest from the truth especially when traveling the phone is hooked up to the car usually playing music hooked up to Bluetooth tucked away in its own little space out of the way so you don't want to have to go pulling it out and finding it just to go into the store so you can get $1.50 off two packs of cigarettes. The app itself also poorly designed. Whole thing is ill-conceived.

I Love the Loves app it makes my job that much easier. It's really helpful makes fueling and getting a shower much faster. Loves is the Number one Truck stop!!

App doesn't show the nearest loves station to where you are actually going. Can't add points for major purchases when the location you stop at is down.

I Love - "L❤️VES" gas station and store. They have a large assortment of hot foods, candy, fruit, nic nacs, keychains, lighters, lottery and the LOWEST GAS PRICES in the whole area. Worth the stop to fill up on gas maybe grab some food from Arby's or Godfathers Pizza, then check out the store. The gentleman that always works the graveyard (Roger) shift is very helpful and kind. He is a great worker and very knowledgeable!! 👍👍 #Loves #CheapGAS #Variety #HappyCustomers

Mobile Fueling no longer works, transaction always fails and then have to manually swipe cards or go inside first. Not sure what happened but needs to be fixed to make this app worth using and keeping.

Will create an account and the Web site will verify email but will not register the rewards card. 800 numbers says solution is "digital only": go to the app or Web site, which don't work...at least for me. I'm going to favor TA whenever possible. This app is irresponsible, which may say something about the company.
