    Good but having experienced multiple fraudulent transactions today there needs to be an option in a purchase to mark it as fraudulent which should automatically lock, cancel and replace your card and initiate a refund and investigation process. I find it hard to find Emergency contact details and there was nothing in the app to help, apart from the lock option. Considering the large amount taken, the notification on the phone was a benefit for me to lock the card immediately. Refund was fast tho

    can i have 2 curve cards Downloaded the app. Created an account and entered phone number. When it came to creating and confirming my passcode, it decided to come up with an error message stating i already have a passcode set but, this is the first time I've used the curve app. Unfortunate. I wanted to try it out too.

    what cards can i add to curve This is amazing it allows me to have my personal card, business card and crypto card from wirex on it so it makes paying for things that much easier, the other thing I like isni don't need to worry what card I payed with as I can change it after the fact within 90 day with go back in time, it also allows me to email receipts for later to my email. It's also the most stable app I have ever used too. Thanks Curve!

    different curve cards Well I cannot even get past the registration because I cannot even create a passcode. I just installed app, choose passcode and not matter what I do(uninstall, clear data & cache) still same error like You already have a passcode set. Where is it set and if it is why does not it validate it? Very bad performance and I wonder what else to expect if I ever get passed registration.

    UPDATE: I've been throwing everything at the customer service, and so far they have nailed it. They have answered to all my "nitpicks"! The app is very well designed and convenient. The whole concept is brilliant in my humble opinion. Being able to use virtually any card with Google Pay is a reason to get the Curve card on its own, not to mention the "Go Back in Time" feature and the cashback.

    After having completed the set-up the app says: Sorry, we can't offer you Curve at the moment. I asked the support the reason, so far without having a feedback. EDIT: after a week they solved the issue that was related to the ID check and now it works. They deserve a 5 star review for the service they provide.

    Support doesn't work at all. This is since the wirecard issue several months ago. Can't view support articles, can't send messages, can't query transactions, can't discuss limits. App is a total mess. Edit: I have emailed a week ago and have had no response still.

    (Update to make clear for developers) if I don't clean cache and data, when I open app first thing I see is "create pin" even though I did? - Started to create my account, created pin, and now can't login. Every time when trying to "sign in" pops out to create pin, and says that pin already been created. can't create new account with different email, because it's connected to my number. Can't fix it online on PC because it's only through app.

    Keeps saying cannot add your card at the moment, contact support. I click the link to contact support and it take me to a set of FAQs which do not contain a solution to the problem. I've tried this with two different cards and have got the same result both times.

    Good concept but not perfect. Registration process for Samsung Pay card was nice and easy but the app does not give me the option to upgrade to metal card. Customer service available via email but very slow response time. Three email sent so far and still no solution to my enquiry. Hopefully the service will improve in the future.

    Tried to create an account and I enter a passcode, and after confirmation, it just keeps saying you have already chosen a passcode!? Tried again with a different email, and same thing. Update: That's is now resolved it seems, but my verification has failed. Please can someone look at my email ASAP?

    Update to review. Curve support contacted me fairly quickly with advice to uninstall and a link to reinstall. When I done this the Magic Link email worked. Now have access! Support seems good but initially frustrating sign up process via Samsung Pay where the Magic Link just didn't work. Hopefully all is fixed now. Upped from 1 to 4 stars. Reflecting 1 for just didn't work to 4 as will mean I can use my bank cards with Samsung Pay when bank isn't a support one.

    This app is awesome. I can add all my cards and make quick and instant payments everywhere through Google Pay. I can't switch my default instantly and easily with just one tap. It is a MUST for the digital payments world we are entering with full speed.

    No clear process.... BE CAREFUL!! The app firstly debited and deducted 11.35 euro from my home country bank card, then it asked me identity card for identification, only within 1 minute responded, "you can't have an account!!!" Regardless of refunding, I believe this is a illogical and not transparent process... There are many better apps to try.(N26, TF, )

    Couldn't register for 1 day. Next day i registered successfully and ordered physical card. Now I receive an error when trying to view card details using the passcode i registered. I reinstalled the app and I'm locked out with error many incorrect attemps. How can I trust this app to use it as main payment service? Support replies once per day.

    Edit: Now the app works, but for my disappointment it ain't available for me... Hopefully one day it'll work in Canada Having trouble. Can't go past the create passcode... It simply gives a error saying I've already set a passcode and goes back to creating one. It's a closed loop

    Had an issue ordering a physical card. Their support team managed to help me delete and recreate my account over email in a day! Pretty impressive if you ask me. They were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. The actual cards pretty good too. I've been enjoying my cashback from amazon orders.

    Fantastic app. I can track my spendings from my different cards at the same place. It is quite useful if you have Revolut, Monzo and a traditional bank account, so you cannot oversee you monthly spending.

    Seems unusable at the moment, the card has blocked itself within the app and when selecting the tab to unlock it I get the following message constantly "There was an error please try again" despite clearing app cache and reinstalling

    See my edit history for previous review. Its getting better. I still have to take a normal card with me due to the card being declined but its working alot better and lets me login etc now. Worth a shot. Let's you use you unsupported cards on samsung pay.

    i had no idea my monthly spend limit is only €1,000. there is no way to increase this limit either. can't use this card if limits are ridiculously low 🙁.

    Love the metal card and app however would love to be able to replace lost or damaged cards on app as last card had to wait 2 days for a response to order a new card so this feature would be very useful to many of us i think

    Curve was great when it started, but not now. Cannot load a card into the wallet after several days trying, unable to contact support via the app. Had no response to recent requests for assistance. Don't feel I can trust this Company/App and would certainly not leave home without a back-up card - which is so not the point. So many complaints on their 'Community' page about the total lack of Customer Service, you'd think they'd get the message - but apparently not. Leave it or find an alternative

    Great app when it works , tho the moblie all I've had cards being declined or not picking up on the NFC and tech support only say contact the bank and then they say all fine with them and just to delete the card within the wallet and upload again in curve . so basically using the actual card can be safer than only relying on the mobile app to purchase.

    I have edited a previous review where there were initial issues in adding cards, then subsequently activating cards. There are clearly issues with the app as the account was reset and i had to reistall the app. There were delay in responses to the email and in app chat feature (they did apologise due to volume of requests, and i would guess the current COVID situation is not helping that. However, when speaking to the team they were very good on the phone, follow-ups after this were commited to. The app (when up and running) seems more stable than the applcation and implementation stages. I had wanted to use curve to enable me to add payment to a Samsumg Active 2 Watch, this now works. So in summary, if patient it will work, maybe need to streamline the set-up process, but by the same token when adding payment details to an app, i guess its better safe than sorry.

    "We couldn't verify your card!" It is a debit card - visa classic, recognized immediately by the app, but then upon verification, the app went with the message quoted above. Uninstalled the app reinstalled and logged in again - now it says the exp. date of the card is incorrect, but no way to check and edit this info. If I try to add this card again from beginning - it just says can't add this card at the moment. Disappointed!

    Good app been using it for years, since it first came out. I complained about the verification fee, but its refunded. 9ce1. You can upgrade your card but for a fee, again i think it should be free, or cheaper, but that's me Its perfect if you keep losing your cards, like I do!

    Still useless App. Every time I open the app, it shows wrong passcode/pin. It works only once when you reinstall then same loop again. Glad didn't invest in this company. Will delete this unreliable app and cut the plastic into tiny pieces then to the bin. It was promising at the beginning but now it's a joke 👎👎👎👎👎

    Curve used to be great, but has really gone down the pan. I've had transactions declined for no reason, and I can't make any payments that require MasterCard verification because the app just crashes when it's supposed to prompt me to verify a payment. Support has been promising to "get back to me as soon as possible" for two weeks now, with no resolution. Looks like I'm going back to using the cards directly!

    The app used to ask for your email address and pin to log in to your account but now it only asks for email address to send a magic link to. Unfortunately the magic link is very unmagical and just takes you back to the app to re-enter your email. Repeat ad-infinitum. Therefore you can't log in making the app useless, and I will probably have to close my account. Only I can't because I can't log in!

    Good while it works. But when you have a problem, support is literally nonexistent. Each time it takes them 2-3 business days to provide a meaningless, out-of-the-box reply. Which of course doesn't solve the problem, so you send a clarification, and wait another 3 days for the next meaningless reply...

    I think everyone should know this: if you have an issue regarding Curve application, always you will get this answer from them: "Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We're currently receiving a high volume of messages which means we're unable to respond to you as quickly as we'd like". This is their answer always! Since five days ago this is their answer every time they answered! Amazing no???? I the end I think is useless to use Curve !

    Can't remove my one and only card from curve, you should be able to remove any card regardless. It says I can't remove it because it's selected and that I need to add another card for me to be able to remove my current one.. broken, fix this! I do not recommend this app, makes me feel uneasy. Deleting this app until they fix all their issues! Not just this one

    I used to love this app, everything worked perfectly well. There was an issue with the refunds, it has been fixed. Now, how, I can't even log in, same as many others below! I've re installed the app, it didn't help, I am still being sent the "magic link" which doesn't work. Developers, please be so kind and sort this out ASAP.

    Updated Review. App crashes every time you try to get the CVC for Samsung Watch pay. App won't let you even remove your card without adding another in first. I contacted the company to get this resolved, and they asked me to add a phone number to verify the account. Wouldn't you know it that crashes too!! I asked AGAIN for help removing my bank card as I want nothing more to do with this app and have not heard back since. The app is useless and you're not even in control of your own data. AVOID.

    I use curve for almost every transaction, it's really useful, and I love the go back in time feature. My only problem is that, for the last couple of months the app takes forever to load, around 30 to 40 seconds, almost every time. I tried reinstalling, but it didn't help. It's very annoying. Other than that, I would give it 5 starts easily.

    Just installed the app on my new Note 20 Plus as part of the re-installation of Samsung Pay and the app keeps crashing when trying to view the card details so I can verify it on samsung pay on my Galaxy watch. Never used this app before so I don't know if this is a know issue. As a new user it is very annoying and not a solid start and makes me question if this app will be reliable. I rebooted the phone but this did not help

    Having the same login issue as a lot of other users - the "magic link" directs me to the app store page. Please, Curve, just let us use passwords. Every other service I use with "magic links" have a fallback option. When raising this issue with Curve support, I was fobbed off with a "Are you sure you're using the link from the latest email?". After explaining that I have, radio silence. It's now been 11 days without a reply (despite what Curve replied to this comment, I haven't heard from them).

    Started off fine snd easy, verified id etc . Added my credit card details as requested. Then tried to login wanted my card details again, and this time declined the authorisation. Tried for 15mins and tried to contact via chat but no response. Have just cancelled the card probably the shortest period I have held a bank account

    I am rating this app with a one star not because the app is lousy, on the contrary, the app is excellent; however, customer support stinks and stinks very badly. After several requests for support both in-app and via email , I was contacted once and does about it. Every follow up email and in-app query has been met with an awkward and deafening silence. 23 Sept 2020 Issues have been resolved and I am upgrading my rating.

    At first, I was happy with them, but the more you use the service, the more mistakes they make. For example it is not the first time that the transaction is Declined, but the payment has been made in the bank, so you do not have your money until the support teamhelps you. Support is extremely slow to respond, even days. They don't read the messages properly and you need several days to solve a simple issue. Do not believe what they replied here, they do not reply when trying to reach them...

    Just signed up to discover the 'free' card isn't free.. it's 4.99 to have a physical card posted out. Basically useless without it. Think I'll stick with starling. A bank without a card to pay with isn't much use. I don't even think I can pay using curve without the card can I? I expected a curve card to appear in Google pay maybe? But all that I can see in the app is my normal card.. which I can already pay with by using my nor Al card.

    I am a new customer and got on ok in the last 2 weeks but now my app won't work. It thinks I am first time customer and don't have a card added and no access to any other features, even support. Tried adding the card again and of course that doesn't work! Though seem to be able to pay through Google pay but now there is no way for me to look up my transaction and no online access. If the app is your single point of failure would have expected it to bit more robust. Support case raised.

    Absolutely rubbish and useless support. A very good concept but poorly executed with virtually non existent support. Don't even bother calling them as they take details with no follow-up. I have encountered problems at every step and still no solution. The support agents takes over 48 hours to respond and send "generic one liners". An extremely poor service by both Samsung as well as Curve. Secondly there is no follow-up and the new agent starts from zero. Stay away from them if you can.

    It's a good idea and the card has always worked great, I have had a few problems signing in recently but this is now working. 4/5 as refunds seem to go to curve cash instead of the original payment method - this may be the fault of the company issuing the refund so will update accordingly. If all refunds go to curve cash than that's rather annoying as there doesn't seem to be an easy way to transfer the money to your bank account.

    Great concept, but useless when it comes to support. Customer service is bad. They don't answer your questions. And my emails were just ignored as I never got a reply. Doesn't work half the time on the net. A message will pop up asking for verification but clicking on it will just take you to the app. I have to go back and use my original card most times so defeats the purpose. Probably won't be continuing as it costs me about £150 a month.

    *update: I finally got a call back and the issue is now resolved* It's been over a month and my card is still not activated. The verification code that appears on my statement is truncated and the customer service tells me every week that they will call me to resolve the issue, but nobody ever does. Every week, my issue is handled by a different person asking me when I am available for a call... Meanwhile, I am paying a subscription to Metal for nothing!

    This is brilliant!! They've got a platform and features a lot of other providers have missed out on and now especially with the Samsung Pay compatibility, SOLD! Few bugs in the app but support has been spot on sorting it and can imagine it's only going to get better now they're going to get the Samsung following. I don't see the issues that other people are having with their support but probably think they are trigger happy giving a 1 star before they actually contact them. Good job guys 👍

    Simple and useful Update September 2020: the service is still great, but the application is painful slow. 9 of 10 times it would not open. I have to force do and clear the cache to open it. Even then, it takes almost half a minute to open. It is unusable. I am using a OnePlus 7t, which is not a slow phone. Please fix the app.

    My experience was good up until yesterday, tried to get in to app, asked me to login, and I'm stuck in a stupid loop, type in email to get your link to login, and keeps coming back to login page, but doesn't let me in. Done it so many times in the past know the process but it's not working, can't login to raise a support ticket pretty helpful.

    Terrible experience - I had to get this in order for Samsung Pay to work with Monzo/Barclays UK. All set on the phone when I tried adding the Samsung Card on Samsung smartwatch I'm being asked for the CVC of the card, which obviously I don't have therefore I'm required to download. Extra work now to go on the app and get that, whenever I try click on the card details to get it the app crashes. Too much hassle to just add a card on the Samsung Pay. No thanks. Google Pay I guess I'l stick around.

    The app currently will not open & constantly redirects me to sign in via email. Curve sends the user a one time link & when you access it, you end up repeating the process over & over without access. Not the first time this has happened. When the app works it is very useful but I can't trust it anymore so always take a backup source of funding which defeats the object. I would rate it no stars if i could! Curve get your act together please

    It is great that I am now able to use the drastically more stable Samsung pay rather than the glitch always something wrong with Barclays banking app! But, this app has issues, after several attempts of trying to open the app only to have it crash and close, I eventually tried turning off my WiFi and working off cellular (a trick I learned app develoing) it allowed me to sign in, it then only asked me how I would like to sign in so I did it through Google, there was no further prompt...

    The app doesn't work, it wont load despite being the most recent update. Also a transaction was processed which I didn't authorise through Curve. They decided to process the transaction which I did not sanction and thus, was not aware of until I received an email from them claiming they payed for it and that I owe them money. I have tried to report my card as lost but the apps not working, I just want to close this account. Apps like Monzo are much better and helpful.

    My last review disappeared so I'll try again...... so I am using this instead of Samsung pay on my phone. It was working fine and I was able to just tap my phone. But now it seems I can't and it doesn't accept the payment when I tap on the card machine. It wants me to insert card and pin so it can 'reverify'. Like it does with a normal debit card after you tap it too much. Only thing is I don't have a card, and don't want one. So its pretty much useless now.

    Signed up for this because my bank doesn't operate with Samsung Pay and this was an excellent way around that problem and would enable payments on my watch. The problem is, having set it up on my phone, I cannot get the card on my watch without knowing the CVC number, yet whenever I click on the "card number, expiry, cvc" link in the app to see this info the app just closes. SO FRUSTRATING.

    Crashes constantly on Samsung S20. So I can launch the app and navigate but i can't get my card details from the account tab, if I try the app crashes. I also can't enter my phone number in the app,if I try it crashes as well. I have a mate who is experiencing the exact same thing and he uses a samsung Galaxy Fold . Sort it out. This is a terrible user experience

    The worst support I have ever experienced. Outstanding tickets being closed before resolution whole weeks without correspondence. Update - they have been in contact as they said they would below but have still not provided a solution and now they have removed the ability to see open tickets from the app and I have an outstanding issue where curve are withholding funds from me (almost 200quid). I have also had two transactions declined today but have no means of resolving them...

I was redirected from Samsung Pay after registering debit card 1) it wouldn't let me look at my Samsung Pay card details WITHOUT crashing, 2) it doesn't support my visa (even though it REGISTERED it) so won't send me a physical card and 3) Samsung Pay CAN'T add this card on without going through the Curve app... Except the Curve app offers NO options to do so. To top matters off, you can't remove your card details UNLESS you've got another card added. The app is full of bugs and is flawed

    Switch off app notifications, they just turn themsleves back on. Frustrating to say the least... Edit: Have found the chat messages do not get delivered when you do have an issue. Not so much to do with the app but transactions get declined far to frequently for no apparent reason and no one from support can explain why

    Might be good if I could actually set an account up! My First issue is it sends a text to verify who you are but as soon as you open the text message the Curve registration process resets? I got over this by opening the text from my watch now on to the second issue creating an account I'm going in circles the magic link doesn't work and on the one occasion it did work it told me my phone number was already in use and crashed??? I give up!

    This is amazing it allows me to have my personal card, business card and crypto card from wirex on it so it makes paying for things that much easier, the other thing I like isni don't need to worry what card I payed with as I can change it after the fact within 90 day with go back in time, it also allows me to email receipts for later to my email. It's also the most stable app I have ever used too

After verifying card and personal details received notification that verification was successful but when entering the app it said that card expiry date invalid while dropping error trying again. Support are trying hard during the pandemic, I haven't waited more than 48 hours for a response. I would even consider moving up to the paid tier, pending some further testing of the card!

Like others, when in this app trying to see the cvv details of the Curve card, the app would crash. Pleased to see that it is now working with this latest update.     Love my Curve Card & the whole experience. So much easier now to just pay using one card & that's it. The exchange rates on foreign transactions are great so regardless of if I buy in Euros, US Dollars or AUS/NZ Dollars it all goes on the same card & I don't get scalped by the bank adding thier fees. Also as it's a Mastercard you can get deals on UberEats. Finally I have recommended to many friends & have even invested in the Crowd Fund & I have to got my Red Investor Card. 👍

    Tried adding my Lloyds card, and the app tells me that the card cannot be added, and to contact the team. Done that. They replied, told me to reinstall the app. Didn't work, contacted the team.     Finally Barclays on Samsung pay! Being able to add all my debit/credit cards to one app and switch between them then using just the one curve card is incredible. Having just came back to android from iOS I was kinda missing Apple pay and it's ease of use and work with everything mantra... Not anymore! Amazing app curve, and well done partnering with Samsung.     Massive problems with refunds being sent back to the wrong payment method, or being "misplaced" altogether. Unable to use at some points of sale - for example at "pay at the pump" petrol stations. Shame as this card is such a great idea.

    Curve App allows pin entry then hangs on banner screen when mobile is using proxy DNS service. Update - tap payment repeatedly getting declined meaning I have to carry other cards anyway.. plus the declined payment holds the amount on my bank account for days before getting cleared as unfulfilled pending payment. Above means Curve is more trouble than its worth so I will be cancelling my card and deleting the App.

    I have been trying for a month to get a refund processed correctly on my curve cash. Support just stopped responding. Very poor experience. Support keep saying the refund has been processed but its not in my account. Simple addition will tell you the refund hasnt been correctly processed.

    The ad said I can choose 3 merchants from which I get 1% cashback. However, after activating everything, I realized you can't actually choose them, you can select only from their extremely narrow selection of merchants which don't even operate where I live. So I don't see any point in going through all the hassle just to save space in your wallet (unless you have 10 credit cards but if you do you have other issues to work on).

    I've bumped up my review to 3 stars because Curve finally added Google Pay Support which means that I will actually use Curve's card services now... I was hoping for Samsung Pay support and I'm still disappointed that it isn't supported outside the UK but having said that I'm happy that have at least added support for Google Pay so kudos to Curve for that... Hopefully Samsung Pay support will finally arrive at some point... if it does then Curve will be all that I will be using for payments...

I can't access my account as it was set up on my tablet, as you need email, which I don't use on my phone, the phone app won't allow for this. So now I have an account I can't access from my device, and card details on my phone with no way to link to an account. Not happy. Worried about my card security. Don't use unless you are sure it will work with your personal setup.

    I can carry one card and all my cards are available. I don't need a wallet any more. fantastic! Better than a watch or phone as you can put the card in the machine or ATM and use a pin if there are any issues. I shove mine in my phone case and my whole life is in one pocket.

    You don't get refunds back to your card you get only curve cash. Curve cash is only in pounds so you lose money if you have euro. Don't use curve until this is fixed!!
