    I'm a student with no income and I sorta figured I'd only have access to a few meditations which was fine with me, as its the same with most apps like these. HOWEVER it has an option for people who can't afford premium where it will give you access! I'm so grateful for this and thats why I shared the app with people I know and rated it 5 stars. I will definitely be buying premium when I can afford it, to say thank you. Amazing xx

    So far, this app has really spoted what I needed to get me starting. They manage to keep it clear and simple. Pretty well organized and really helpful. Most of the video I could fin online were talking too much and taking your concentration away but not them <3 I have been going through some really rough time and this app has really help me to go through (if the person who created the app see this comment > I simply wanna say thank you)

    I really like this app, it's super soothing and calming and makes me feel great the morning after I've meditated (I meditate at night before bed!). Though a problem I've had, and the only reason I've rated it 4 stars is because sometimes the audio won't start and it bums me out. Please fix this!

    I can't believe it offers an option for those unable to afford premium, I can't even explain how lovely that is. The only thing that would make this better is some story type sleep meditations, maybe something to add in the future? Will be using and sharing! Thanks!

    I think this is the best app to cultivate mindfulness in today's busy generation and this has really helped me being aware of my thoughts and being mindful towards everything I do the whole day .     I have ADHD, and I've been searching for an app to help me with mindfulness & meditation to help me focus. Other apps I've tried haven't been able to calm me & stop my racing thoughts. Lojong has kept my attention! One of my most important goals was to be able to learn mindfulness for endurance running. I was beyond excited to discover an entire set of lessons that specifically trains mindfulness for athletes! Plus, Lojong allows me premium access just for watching short ads! THANK YOU Lojong! ❤

    I had a severe anxiety attack back in July & struggled with anxious thoughts continuously for a month. Then I did some research about meditation, which led me to find Lojong. I subscribed & have been using this app for a month now. It has been very helpful in assisting my journey with mindfulness & awareness.
