I had signed up for several other privacy services and while similar, base my experience on customer service. When contacting for help, I received automatic messages asking that I be "patient" while they they reviewed my question, often waiting several days for a reply. I take Google reviews seriously and should have explored LockMyPix into consideration as my first choice when choosing a privacy service. As I go through a divorce, my documents are extremely important and in the past have been deleted off my phone. I've lost imperative photos of documents which caused vital information to be lost which cost me financially in court. As aforementioned, customer service is critical and as customer service manager and retention specialist myself, know people have options. Although there is a FAQ page to refer to, I need live, hands-on help which I received immediately. I was fortunate to receive this help from one of their customer service reps, Jennifer, with whom I'd like to recognize. Jennifer represents LockMyPix the way all companies should treat their customers: with respect. When people are quick to complain, it's important to take time to recognize those who go out of their way to make the customer feel as if they matter. Although I needed to cancel my subscription due to financial matters, I will continue to utilize the free service and share my experience with those seeking a place to keep private documents safe for storage. Thank you LockMYPix and Jennifer - I'll be back!

I love this. My only regret is the name. I liked the calculator hide my pic app. You hid the fact you were hiding pictures. But this is the only one, that I found, where you can sort the pictures order yourself. Some pictures are better viewed horizontally and others are better viewed vertically. With the calculator apps I'd have to unhide a bunch of pictures to insert new pictures then reinsert the others.

Amazing app!!!! Nobody knows my obsession with anime cuz all the pictures of anime is on the app, I love this app so much! The advertising about this app is accurate, and it does what it's supposed to do, hide pics and vids. You can also make secret notes, albums, move pics and vids from your normal gallery to the app in seconds, and everything I basically needed! You can also move pics and vids around in other places replacing another picture which I've been wanting! highly reccomended from me

Love the App, BUT.... Hid the app as a "radio", and now it opens and plays music. I can't figure out how to open the app and get to my content.

I transfered all my nsfw stuff over onto here and later decided to put it back into my regular gallery and only a small handful transfered over the rest all somehow had errors and will not even show what the photo or video that is gone forever now is

Just downloaded the app. So far I like what I see. The reason for the 4 stars is because there is no option to hide the archive folder. When I unarchive the photo it goes into the original folder, ie: messager, screens hot etc. When I try to hide them I can't find them within the lockmypix app.
