Very very poor customer care service. I have mailed 8-9times regarding the topup loan, also created tickets in the app, which have been closed without any info. No reply of the mails. Last time they have said they are processing, no time is there. Customer care numbers are not working. App is not updated also. After reviewing and signing the agreement it is asking to review in the app again and again. Also in the cc number, same thing they are asking. No executive has been connected once.

I cannot tell that Money App is the best loan app in the world, because its installment is the easiest. Meaning it is less appreciated than it is. The money view app helped me at the time when I needed it the most and for this I heartily thank the Money View app and its entire team and I also know that this feedback may be fake to everyone and some to more. Like it but I do not know the difference, because there cannot be a better loan app than this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Process was easy.. But there's no proper customer care contact number to get information about why is it taking time in disbursement when all the process is shown done. Numbers provided in other people's reivew also shows invalid numbers. No reply on mails either. Just the loan application process is convenient and easy process after getting loan approval is too hectic as you just have to wait .

App is good I would suggest 5 star rating. But the problem before the due date (on every 5th) continuesly send messages, so I paid on 30th, before the due date to get a good credit score. But till now I'm receiving mail and messages as my payment is still due. So they have to solve that issue. 🤔

Don't take ... I applied for loan through website, all details approved, even e mandate done and then it asked me to install App to get loan amount..but in app, it is showing no backup and re process and when I reprocessed again, getting error that pan is linked with another loan application but no details of loan application is getting open in app...I did not received any amount, only sanction letter, e mandate....even I called customer care number but it is no use , send mail but no reply.

I applied loan through Google pay and my e mandate is successful but when I entered otp received from moneyview OTP for loan agreement is failed every time and shows failed to verify. And customer care no not responding and email done 3-4 time but not replying. Resolve this issue as soon as. If not possible to disburse than cancle the loan.

I'm very like this app.. 🥰In a single day, a large amount of money was passed. There was no paperwork, everything was online and in a matter of seconds there was a cash credit in the account. Is not fake... Very good application 👍👍

There is a lot of issue in Nach option, for some reason they keep on rejecting the NACH even though everything is correct. Second, you don't option to opt Between E-NACH and NACH. E-NACH option should be there to choose in case somebody chooses NACH option by mistake.

Worst ever aqq, Don't get excited for loan and don't get with this app. They are not responding mail and there is also no customer care no. Number given in help section is also not in use. I have called 14 times but call not connected. Also high rate of Interest. High processing fee No foreclosure facility available. They store your all data from phone.
