The app is useless. I am trying to login on this app but it showing the wire error message that oh dear, we can't find your details. Please fix this problem. Otherwise IDfy team should revoke the contract with this party. I am gone through other reviews, they all have same problem.

I can't open my app. It shows something went wrong please check your internet connection, tried with wifi as well as mobile network still can't open it. The permissions for the apps are allowed .please see to it.

I don't know who is managing this useless app! Complete wastage of time and efforts, Idfy team keeps on marking email to complete online tutorial, but when I try to sign in, it keeps fetching error that "oh dear! Your id is not found in our record". It says contact administrator, but don't know who is administrator, no contact details provided by IDfy is reachable. This happens when a product which is not even tested well, gets big partnerships.

Its very useful for newly joined in Amazon as a Delivery boy..but as per my concern we need to do some changes in this App because now a days its effect on station score card which is very precious to each and every delivery station so If we remove RTS process, C-RETURN pick up process, MFN, AFN pick up process from app while stores login... because all this process is not usefull for STORE DA's because they are not supposed to do C-RETURN, EXCHANGE, RTS...! otherwise all are good

Can't login with app. Error showing that Records not found. I used the same mail id registered with Amazon. Please clear the problems.lot of people's also facing the same problem. Otherwise provide any contact numbers.

Pathetic app each and every time videos play from the beginning if net got disconnected. Nearly we need to watch the videos more than 5 times. We can understand the how the team effort and efficiency for not replying any feedback and not bothering to resolve the issues.

Poor application. 👎 Too slow and take too many times to operate.. I have been waited for 15 minutes to just open. I don't know what thinking but thinking very deeply and showing thinking really hard, yeah actually it is "THINKING REALLY VERY HARD" need to improvement

This app always help all Delivery associate who are using this app , i think all associate like this app also me . In the case when facing any problem restart your phone , uninsatll and install again or connect your network connectvity to your friends and try again .
