The primary issue I'm experiencing is that the app asks for dual authentication. I'm okay with the extra step (though I'd prefer not to have to login twice). Having said that, even after inputting a device name in the app, the app asks for me to update the device name EVERY time I login. When I do just that, it then tells me that device name I've entered had already been used. It does this every time. It's like I'm stuck in a loop. So much for the 4 digit short cut pin I used to be able to use.

The app doesn't connect to my system. I actually had a tech come out a couple of months ago and it temporarily fixed the issue. However, for the past couple of weeks the app won't connect. Can't arm/disarm;no notifications when alarm is triggered; no sensor information. It makes me wonder if the system is working at all and what am I paying for. I used to highly recommend ADT but now I'm having my doubts. It seems to be a common issue too.

The app let's me set the alarm but, does not show the actual current status. The alarm itself is armed but the app shows disarmed, "all clear". Has been lime this for the last couple of months. I got frustrated and am now just manually arming and disarming the alarm. I cannot find any update or fix to address this issue.

When everything actually connects to the app, its great. Right now my app is telling me I'm all clear to set the alarm but the things with sensors are open, all of them. I have someone coming out for the 5th time in 3 months to look at the system. We had a whole new panel installed the last time the app wasn't connecting to the panel. Do not go with ADT/safe streets. When it rains it pours with them.

The 2 step authentication is a pain, goes into a loop and keeps me from finishing the access process. I tell it to always recognize my device and defaults to send text every time. This has almost caused an emergency for family needing to gain access to my home while I was away!!! The app needs to be fixed and customers should have the choice to opt out of the 2 step authentication! Not worth the it!😡

Cannot access my cams. App starts and says connection error. Then, one camera of choice will work and all stop thereafter.. have to restart App each time to see another camera.. App is current as well. Please advise me via email. A fix TODAY would be appreciated...... After more troubleshooting, after first cam is used and another wants to be viewed, the next camera must be selected, but has no play button. Only after hitting the expand view button, does the camera play button appear, or refresh

Takes minutes to "connect" when it actually decides to work. If I am opening my home security app, it isn't for casual browsing. It is for arming or disarming my system immediately. This app is not functional and isn't worth the money we pay ADT monthly.

When the app actually connects to the system, it works fine. It seems to only stay connected to my system for a week to a month at a time. The majority of the time, it doesn't connect at all. I can't see when doors are open/closed. Can't see if the house is armed. Cannot arm/disarm with it. Completely pointless.

Cameras never load. When they do, they take forever and are very slow! I just got a new phone so I know it's not my phone. I have cameras for my business and they only work half the time on my app! Soo disappointed

app used to work fine but for some reason has started to lag. now it seems like the only time I receive a notice is only when I pick up my phone. I've called customer care but there isn't much 'care' there. I was told this last time that it would cost me $$ in order for someone to come out. really!!!? my oxygen sensor and etc no longer works either.
