    We have been using livpure for over 9 months. The water taste issues persist. Every time we raise a service request, the technician makes some changes and partially fixes the problem. And then it's back to the bad taste in a few weeks. As of now, the RO is just leaking extra water and the app is already showing my service request closed. The phone number is also invalid. Please assist.

    Now that I changed the rating as always Issue is with usage. Couple of months back I had given a complaint that even after using the purifier the balance was not getting deducted to be fair I raised the complaint and that was addressed but since then usage meter started showing double the usage what I'm using and making me recharge twice a month. Pls fix this to address my concern then I will change the rating.

    Worst customer support.. Before subscription they called twice a day and requested for subscription and informed that the installation will be done in 3 to 7 days. But after 7 days when i call they are telling that they dont have machines and they cant install and they cant tell the time for installation. Also customer care executive answered very arrogantly. Please dont pay and face struggle.. Actually i need to rate big 000000

    I wish I could rate the service 0 . It's a looting people by showing inappropriate statistics of water usage. We are 2 adults 1 child and 1 infant and we use livpure water only for drinking .. 118 + 30+ 10 is been consumed as per the app. Am not weather it's a technical issue or wantedly this company is looting people... Please avoid livpure and opt off the service at earliest.

    I am so touched by the wonderful service of this company. It is completely hassle-free right from the installation to the dismantling. I paid the amount for a year as I thought I would continue to live for that long at my place. However, as fate intervened, I had to abruptly leave for my hometown because of my father's going away forever. I let them know that I would not be coming back now and requested for a refund. They've refunded me the entire money so quickly. Grateful for this humanity!

    STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED PRODUCT. Pathetic product and services. Don't go for this product even if you are drinking unfiltered water, There is no response/ resolution or from the customer care service on calls or e mails even you try for months. They will call you back only at the time of recharge. And even if you already have this product. Don't go for long term recharge, otherwise you will be trapped with no water no service and loss of your hard erned money.

    The review team is very responsive and they resolved my issue the very next day after posting the complaint. They themselves assigned the service manager and the technician who did the job very well.They even went ahead to recharge the subscription to compensate the delay in the service. I hope the service team on the field do their job well in future to avoid the last minute fire fighting by their counterparts!! 4 stars only for the Online Review Team!!

    Pathetic customer service .i wish giving zero will be option. I paid for new subscription than they keep not accepting the kyc without giving any details.. After calling 100 time they approved kyc and no call for installation team and without informing they cancel the subscription. I guess they don't want to do the business. Lazy customer service team just for the sake they are giving information.. horrible ..I guest local water vendor can do better job than this renewed company... Pathetic .

    @Livpure -i have never seen any customer service as bad as yours, i now doubt you have a customer service team or not?? And your product livepure smart pro plus in itself so amazing that not even 4 months and its not working and no one response on any platform. After multiple efforts of trying to reach so called customer care, i was able to get response from Facebook once, they again did the same thing sent the same service guy who only knows to loot money, even contact of livpure was useless.

    Update: Issue has been resolved now. But i had to again wait for 1 day to get it resolved, i hope it doesn't happen again, i dont want to go through this process again,with that hope i am changing my review to 5 stars.
