Absolutely useless. App keeps crashing and there is no way to renew the policy. The company's website and toll free numbers are equally useless.

Please do not renew your policy with this Live mobile app, once payment done they release fake policy, still I am stuck with my renewed policy whenever calling them and giving the renewed policy through this app they themself are telling this is not a valid policy, they are taking so long it's been a month still not provided resolution for my policy I will not recommend this liberty general insurance and this is my last policy with them... better to go any other company's policy...

Renewal functionality is not working and validations are incorrect.. Not sure how the app is deployed without testing. Web app - nevers shows the values of the premium and pops up error at last page of renewal...Poor application... Please don't scroll this app reference in web application and act like you do some help at the time of covid 19

Unable to add health Insurance policy on app. However, I was able to add on website login. Also website login is using email address or username but app login is using mobile. And therefore both accounts are not in sync. For example, I have added policy via website having my email and mobile number. But I couldn't see those added policies on app when I login through the same mobile number which I registered on my website account

It just keep on searching policy, Not able to renew policy. App crashes if you try to click on the renw policy.

Workaround instead of app.1.Open your browser in computer , open developer options (Ctrl+shift+I).2. Keep that aside and in your browser go to libertyinsurance.in and register again. ( Even if you are registered in app do it again ) . . 3. When you fill all details and click on request otp, it will say paused in debugger. Resume and go ahead it works. They must have not paid their developer ,not sure how can someone make this silly app/website . Solutionasihadsamehorribleproblemdowloadingthepdf
