App doesn't work. Had a follow up appointment for a suspected life threatening condition and the app wouldn't load, pop up saying "your not logged in" with the only option to press cancel. I have been unable to log in since then. The first appointment 2 weeks ago worked well. The idea is great, let down by the technology.

Every single time I try to use this awful app something goes wrong. 'not connected', 'upload failed', 'permission denied.' This is supposed to be taking pressure off GP surgeries, instead it just takes so much time to try and get healthcare for my children that by the time I give up with LIVI and reach out to my GP surgery I'm desperate.

First use made me very optimistic, very easy to fill out and easy to follow allowing for a prompt and quick response from a GP, since then it's been a nightmare, as I was trying to sign in to attend my video call the app kept coming up with a pop up saying I wasn't logged in and wouldn't let me log in, after about half and hour after force closing, redownloading the app I had to reput in all my details, password then wouldn't work, meaning I missed the appointment, still can't login now

It is was a marvellous app. Easy, pragmatic, effective and efficient. Game changing for accessing a Dr when needed. However, ongoing issues mean I cannot sign in. A small grey circle appears over the sign in button and I can go no further. I have deleted and installed countless times. Also discovered appointment are now only on the day, rather than anytime in the week. That decision puts patients straight back into the daily challenge to get an appointment this app avoided. Such a pity.

Usually great, but won't let me on. Everytime I try and click on the app it states 'not logged in' i select cancel thinking it'll let me log in, but nothing happens, just a blank white screen. Please sort this issue as I can never get through to my drs so the livi app is my only source.

Can no longer schedule appointments What a backward step this is! Why can't you schedule appointments anymore. May as well call the doctor. This app used to be great.

App was working great, now it says not signed in and takes me to a blank page. This is how my drs are taking appointments and I cannot access them, its very frustrating.

Have been trying numerous times to use this app for me and the children. Got referred by the GP to use this app since the GP cannot provide any appointments for 1,5 months. Well, back to the app then... Only once I have been able to talk to someone through the app, the other times I have been waiting by the phone for hours, watching how it counts down to the set appointment, only to either have the appointment cancelled at the last minute OR no one called me at all at the set time.

Great when it works. Everytime I have used it, the next time it kicks me out on Samsung A10. I have to resubmit all my details and it sends me round in circles not working asking me to send my phone no, then again and again. Awful if you need to make an urgent appointment, just adds another layer of stress.
