Sold my tickets back on here because the event was postponed and couldn't make it that day. An E-mail told me the tickets sold yet I have never gotten my money after months and anytime I try to use the app it just says "no internet connection".

Your app sucks! I spent $210 on tickets and all your dumb app keeps telling me is I'm "offline." If I were offline, I wouldn't be able to send review. I have no issues with any other app, except "conveniently" Ticketmaster, too. Both of you need to fix your websites and apps, as this is day 2 and I still can't get my tickets! I want a refund or at least text me my 5 tickets!

Wouldn't update successfully & now it won't install. First the updated failed for days on my fully updated Pixel 6, so I tried uninstalling/reinstalling: that failed too. Tried emailing the support email address instead of leaving a low rating, and got a no-reply / unmonitored mailbox response. Time to get real and fix this app: Live Nation isn't exactly a mom & pop operation.

not user friendly. the app freezes, you have to log into the website anyways to view your tickets so why not just go to the website in the first place? this app only confuses the user and makes buying tickets needlessly more difficult. I wish the app actually worked as intended. but at this point it's easier to just go to the web browser version.

S21 version is awful. Disclaimer acknowledgement box pops up and covers text fields during the order process, and stays at the bottom covering the option to add ticket insurance. Had to install the iOS version on my girlfriends' phone to purchase tickets with insurance since the order process was also giving me errors when I attempted to purchase them on my computer! Get your act together, LiveNation.

At the moment, Frustrated. App has recently been a problem, can't update, can't reinstall. Tried all possible suggestions, with no positive outcome. Email sent to Developer. Hoping for a fix soon.

There's an issue with the app. It never loaded past the intro page. It you are trying to access your tickets I would suggest downloading the Ticketmaster app as that is who they partner with for ticket sales.

There's issues... I've used this app so many times to buy tickets. However my boyfriend likes country and we always go see my favorites (not country) and the one time I try to get tickets to a show he'd love (Blake Shelton @ Little Ceasars Arena) the page goes blank when it would be bringing up my chosen seats to purchase. It shows the list of available seats and I choose the ones I want and then nothing happens. I deleted and re-downloaded the app and that didn't help. Hope this gets fixed.

App freezes and stays froze. Waited in que for tickets only to get just a big blank white screen when it was turn to pick my seats. I had to get on computer and by then sold out. WTH?! Useless app. And two days later when I open app, still just have blank white screen. Updated app. Rebooted phone. Still blank white screen on app!!
