There is no way to associate a web browser with the app, so the links that are available within the app are not accessible.. I actually have to ditch the app and open a separate browser installed on my phone, sign in, then proceed with whatever I was wanting to use the link for, eg: Cash back request, or even the main website..

Paid $30 for 1 trip. I will avoid tolls from now on. Tried to log in next day but still wasn't registered. Forgot about it, got sent mail but already overdue. 1 trip $30. You guys really suck.

Easy to use unless peep fails, then Linkt quick to take extra funds. Linkt should know expected life span of dongle and notify owner of to change.

For some unknown reason the app will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Is this a result of a recent update, as it worked up until recently.

Ugh, this app seriously needs to ask if you're sure you want to top up this amount before processing! The amount of times I've accidentally hit an option and it just processes is ridiculous Will change my review if this is fixed

Was not able to set up an account after 3 tries without any reason as to why it failed And checking the recent posts it might have done me a favour I had less trouble putting the exact same information into the LinktGo app and had an account in under 2 min

App is working great after all accounts issues sorted out by the resolve team. One tap and I see my balance and all trips which works well for me not being a frequent traveler on toll roads.

App will not open anymore. Tried uninstalling it and updating it. Still does not load keeps coming up with the error "something went wrong"

Not used linkt/ citilink for many years found it not very helpful as to when they have billed and for what- no recent statement available found reduced balance recently - once I topped up - not impressed with account control.

A useful app to manage your account with the exception of managing payment methods with no option to delete card details and all payments include a surcharge unless you opt-in for Auto Direct Debit.
