I have no issues with this app at all, but having read other disgruntled users it appears to me that the issues are with the phone manufacturer, because would it work perfect on my Samsung A40 and not their phones? I would like to see write an article added to the app from the website version but other than that it does everything I would expect.!

The app is buggy. 1. Unread count in My network/messages keeps showing even after you have read it and deleted it. 2. You can't read the message sent by a new connection for quite some time after accepting the request. If you tap on the unread message, it just doesn't open. Only after waiting for a half or one day, you can see the message.

You spend so much on advertising and marketing , first hire better engineers . From past one month I am getting a repeated feed which is filled with posts I have already seen and reacted to . It is so frustrating and irritating that I stopped using the app. I thought it was only happening to me , but no it is happening to majority people.

I was originally doing a search for someone. The next thing I know, I was probed to login to LinkedIn under a special edition. Therefore, I had to join and install this app to get in contact with the person. So far, it is very interesting and captured my attention as I read eye-catching articles and watched attractive images and videos. Under the regular LinkedIn, I use to just send text messages to my connections that I haven't been in touch with for so long. And then, I would quickly log out.

The platform is useful but after many years of use, I've found the android app functions became unreliable, got very buggy, such as inability to edit profile, posts, comments. The algorithm sucks for content too. One has to use a third party amplifier to repeat posts several times just to catch a fraction of your network. Constant nagging to get a pro account is annoying. Poor show LinkedIn.

My experience with this app is absolutely 💯. However it is what you put into it. THE connections you make are real. So not like other social media accounts. This app is focused mainly on jobs and careers you want to talk about or set your mind to achieve. Goals etc However u meet a ton of awesome level headed people ALONG THE WAY.

Stay away from linkden premium. They say you can use desktop platform to cancel it. You can't. They don't have customer service number or any means to reach their team. I have to dispute the charges from my credit card each month to refund for the premium service. Terrible tech service and app concept overall.

It would be much better if job searches defaulted to most recent rather than most relevant. Not everyone wants to stay in the same career forever. Also "your profile matches this job" is completely meaningless. And there doesn't seem to be a way to download a resume you uploaded from the app. You have to use a PC or other browser.

  9. Dark Gregory-avatar

Crushes and freezes a lot. Consumpts a lot of system resources for nothing. Bad UI. I would suggest to develop the app from the scratch, to develop hybrid (web + native) app using React, Angular, Vue or even Flutter. Cuz now it's just heavy and low perfomant. Btw website is also horrible.

I found this app very useful in my job searches until an update a few months ago. Now the job search filter isn't effective and gives hundreds of irrelevant job postings under your search criteria. If I wanted those kind of results I'd use Google. I absolutely detest the app now and I think it's just useless. It's another social media website with idiots spewing junk messages and nothing much for professional development anymore.
