    It's supposed to be a place where there can be communication and exchanges happening, but there is not feature where one can reply back and ask why an application was rejected. You simply get an emailing stating they are not moving forward with your application. Some people don't want further feedback, but some are looking for ways to improve, and need to ask questions. No solutions are provided. LinkedIn is NOT assisting to solve the unemployment problem.

When I opened it on my Galaxy Note 10 plus phone it wouldn't populate my searches or my network or any other information so I signed out and tried signing back in and it keeps on telling me this error message "Error, Please try again!". There should have been a ratings system for the companies and jobs posted given by the job applicants which will save a lot of time for candidates who are applying for the jobs and will give an competition edge to the recruiters. Also will help the candidates to easily filter fake jobs like if they get the less ratings Also dislike button is missing.

    українською New Update: LinkedIn works better now. Just experiencing difficulty with giving access to an employee to post on the company page. LinkedIn Group is not performing optimally. As a group admin, I post content sometimes and it just disappears from the group. Group members won't be able to see the post. Also it shows that I have a request to join the group even though I have accepted all requests.

    api I used to be very happy with Linkedin mysteriously the feed stopped coming in. Uninstalled as intstructed however does not login please fix it! These days i am using linkedin a lot more than my email but clearly failed. The feed and Login Attempt failed states "Unknown Error Try Again"

    premium price As a IT recruiter, I use LinkedIn and LinkedIn recruiter apps daily. These apps has been very helpful for my job. But recent updates are very bad. I feel old version was very good. 1. When I click on 'View in Recruiter' to view the profile, that profile/page is not coming. It used to work better. 2. While searching, LinkedIn is not allowing the option of choosing 1st, 2nd, 3rd connections. There is a issue. Please solve these issues.

    This app must be a joke. All notifications are not received in real time, but somehow a notification saying missed messages or something like that even if there are no new messages pops up in the notification. Adding more info,.. The app freezes when opening messages from the notifications. This happens with oneplus device and with Samsung S21 ultra. I can easily repeat my first statement, this app is a joke. One star is simply too much to give.

Most of all it helps me stay connected with the network of colleagues and recruiters as well as expand my current network. The job posting is very useful and customized based on my skill set. I found and applied to my current position through LinkedIn, though the recommended job postings. Great tool for professionals not just locally but internationally.

    Good app, bit buggy. The scrolling on this seems to be very buggy mainly on the 'my network' page but sometime else where. But overall grate platform for anyone! Agree with some other comments about the skills test! Also sometime it will not let me open my messages, I have to force close the app and try again, this normally happens after I accept a request that has a message with it.

    Mixed impression. Usually good to get notified of messages, having a quick look at things etc. What was never nice, creating a message or answering, not possible to copy/paste snippets of text but a whole message. Anyway, now it's crashing a lot, some bug. Better use the browser than the app till this is getting fixed. Thx. Update: Crashing FIXED, now 5 stars.

    LinkedIn App is a very good extension of their website and has most of the same features and functionality. User Interface Design is good. I have noticed one bug, that the scrolling function does not work properly in the recommendations in the my network portion of the app. It keeps scrolling when swiping up then abruptly jerks around then returns to the original position it was in before I swiped up.

    As such Linkedin is useful. But the mobile app is designed to be very privacy- unfriendly ! 1. Aggressively pursuades you to use some features, that basically needs access to and copying your address book 2. The way app presents the feature is designed to easily confuse a user. Just one inadvertant click in the process of reaching home page will sign you up to some feature, that you were trying to skip ! Linkedin, kindly respect the privacy of users and help users to make informed choices !

    What a painful experience your app always gives me! Whenever you write after spending a time, effort and when it's the turn to post, it crashes away and boom, your 500 words are wasted now. It also crashes whenever we click add photo button or post button. When it can't operate on a 4 gb, 64 gb phone then should should we buy a rocket to run linkedin app? It's 2021 and linkedin is draining our efforts.

    I actually used the app a lot but they've made it so recruiters can spam you with "inmail" messages, can't turn the notifications off without losing real message notifications... So I guess I just don't get any notifications anymore... I'll switch to simply using the website every now and again or seek alternatives

    Usually quite happy with the app. But since approx. a year, changes in published posts, e.g. tagging members/companies, aren't saved. Updating & reinstalling the app hasn't helped. Advise by support is equally useless. As a heavy user, managing 8 pages, this is really frustrating and has kept me from upgrading. Surprisingly, I have not experienced the same issue when accessing LI via browser or the iOS app. Not purchasing a new device just because you refuse to resolve a bug you have caused.

I'm constantly reminded of "John Smith" starting a new job or got promoted from over a month ago. My feed is now full of weeks or months old content that I've already seen multiple times.

    Loving it, but the challenges i have is firstly, you can send instant message, secondly, you can't edit or delete your message, thirdly, you can't make a video call without a meeting, fourthly, i can't create a folder for all your picture post and can't also view your albums.

    On the desktop site I can login with my phone#, but on the mobile app I can't. Makes no sense! 15-4-21 update day: still no sign of place to enter phone#, only email, or Google account seems to be allowed on the mobile app. I need to reach those who can fix this but I don't know how.     The app works fine for the most part but trying to find work in my city is a nightmare. I'm in Calgary and opening location under filters just shows locations in Quebec and Ontario. This has been ongoing for over a year. My profile location is already correct and I tried removing and re-adding my location with no progress.

    This is very poorly developed app & wesite. I've very costly premium subscription. I can't even modify premium account from mobile. WTH? I can't modify payment method from website. It's debiting money from account but card isn't getting updated. They're making us fool. I need to cancel my subscription because they're simply playing with my money. Help section is useless & no proper support contact or email anywhere. When I click on Contact Us it's not allowing to login.

    I live on border and i search jobs in multiple countries. The app is terrible. It's near impossible to search jobs from a specific contry with a specific company. It's extremely hard to change the default search contry. Shame on user experince! Don't default to my location. Please let me choose easily any contry! -1 star for the bureaucratic feedback! No, i won't send mail or create a report on your site! This is the feedback, deal with it!

    I just joined and my account has been immediately restricted and I have done absolutely nothing with it yet. Literally nothing. No profile setup, no searches, no nothing. Now I'm being asked to upload images of personal info be it my drivers license, passport or ID. Something strange going on but I'm not even going to bother with support. I'll find another platform.

    I subscribed for a LinkedIn premium free trial and I was supposed to get a notification before the free trial elapses and funds are withdrawn from my account But I just got an alert that funds are being withdrawn for LinkedIn subscription. I would be especially grateful if I get a refund and I get to cancel to subscription. This is the second time this is happening.     Needs improvement. We understand that you use some kind of asynchronous mircroservice architecture. But that doesn't mean you tell me that my like or post can't be posted 10mins after I click the like/post button. Timeline also renders slowly and shows old post quite often. And the click/like baits. Enter 5567 password to check the password strength or something posts. People are getting 1000s of like on such posts and none engages with the genuine posts. That's just sad!

    App seems to be completely broken since a couple of weeks ago. Won't show any data on any screen, doesn't even allow login or logout (!). Only way to fix seems to be to uninstall and reinstall and then it breaks again by the next day.

    I love the app and flagging as 1 star to call out that images added to posts are being distorted. It's been zooming my image then creating a black ribbon on top, mobile app only, but super inconvenient as all photos are on my phone not desktop.

    Don't force us to update your app. Each yime we click on a link, there is a popup blocking our accèss to the app and it's annoying to click "Not Now" every 2secs. First give us the details and reasons to update then let the users decide if they want to update or not. Just because you included some feature doesn't mean you force users to update

    Scrolling function doesn't work good, scroll and finger touch should stop the scrolling but doesn't. This bug is there for long time, not sure if its same for every android user.     The app is ok. It works well, but I really wish that it had the ability to filter the feed like on the desktop between top posts and recent posts. There isn't much of a difference between opening LinkedIn on a mobile browser and getting the app.

    I would love to give this app 5 stars but I have an issue with privacy. I keep getting viewed by people and the app won't tell me who OR give me the option to not allow private viewers. I don't like being spied on, either give the option to BLOCK unidentified visitors or allow me to know EVERYONE that views me. Also a lot more inappropriate topics on this app which I would like to see blocked, mainly politics and religion and other stuff better left on Facebook. Please add options to report it.

    I am unable to access my account which has been restricted without any prior notice! Trying to contact the helpline proved futile too. I had a job interview lined up as well as a few offers I had to get back on. Combined with the offer certificate I was to get, I am stuck in a limbo trying to access an account which was restricted without reason and shows no way of recovery.

    Easy app to use. Strange that you cannot access your account from this app and for so have been charged for one month as I could not access to a computer to cancel my free membership before going to £24 a month. Always promoting membership which is boring. Good way to report people you dont know and asking for connecting. I hate there automatique advert message that looks like a personal message but no, it is a advert. Nice and easy to post new things and answer to other posts.

    Experiencing a problem while using the app. While I use hashtags I am not type. And unknowingly a group of 5 people was formed. I have screen recording of the hashtag problem. I have also reinstalled the app still I am experiencing the same problem.

    LinkedIn is great to stay connected with colleagues and get job opportunities. But. (1) The community is very hypocritical and pretentous. Look up the term "corporate cringe" and you will know what I mean. (2) there is so much advertisement from companies and it's all about them. I don't see much criticism or honesty on this platform. People either claim their company is the greatest and how everything is perfect or people play the moralized.

    Yet another company colluding to take away your rights of fair usage. They disallow you from copying a single word or a selection of words from messages on Android. This is CLEAR BAD FAITH OPERATIONS. It is also just HORRIBLE that you can't even copy a link or a company name from a message, just from an operational standpoint.
