Won't let me login : "invalid password". Reset to factory settings. recreated password with same result. Yet I can login with that password in the browser. (Have the MW40V little pocket router.) app wont open. It keeps saying when I try to open the app, no wifi available. Try connecting to mobile hotspot first.....idk wa is going on as this has been an reoccurring issue for over a month now

I am making this review to inform the people saying that "when I put in my password it says incorrect password". The actual password for the app is "admin". Once you login you can go to settings and change the password or you can leave it as is. You can thank me later.👍🏻

Totally useless app. Can't login with password because it is showing that invalid password while you can login with same password in browser. Also it is working only when connected with wifi device. So you can't use this app for remote control to device from outside from home.

Is anyone still having this problem. I've downloaded it and I'm not getting to log into it,it's been saying to reboot the device before entering the password again

This app used to work great, not anymore. You cannot check how much time you have left, no way to monitor it at all. Even after I pay extra for more (before im out I might add) also slows down to a crawl- too slow for a movie after half way through. I'm starting to get super aggravated that they wont fix the constant bugs. I have to take it to metro once a month for BS problems, and have had to uninstall and reinstall several times. It's just a pain in the behind. Do BETTER guys!!!!

I purchased an Alcatel Hotspot device on my MetroPCS Plan the day prior to them switching to Metro PCS by T-Mobile. The very next day, after the switch, I received a firmware update to the Alcatel Linkzone device. Once the update was installed and I rebooted the device, the Linkzone App no longer recognizes that I am connected to this hotspot. It is funny, however, that the day I bought the device, the app worked flawlessly. I have been in touch with MetroPCS and they have replaced the device, app still doesn't work. I have been on the phone with Alcatel directly, and was told there were no more updates to the app available.
